First time experience with this dealership. I had a flat tire and came in without an appointment. They explained they had a busy day but would fit me in asap. I sincerely appreciated the exchange made either in-person or over-the-phone. We talked through what issues I was plagued with and while they were unable to assist with all of them, through no fault in-person or over-the-phone.
