I worked with Michael Eustace to trade in my eight year old Passat for something newer. I told him what I was looking for and he pulled a Tiguan, specced as I wanted, to test drive. We talked pricing, old Passat for something newer. I told him what I was looking for and he pulled a Tiguan, specced as I wanted, to test drive. We talked pricing, came to a reasonable offer for a trade-in, and sealed the deal in a few days, which gave my girlfriend and me time to hammer out the financial aspect of the purchase. Michael was friendly and genuinely interested in our situation; we knew a lot of the same stomping grounds. At no point did he try to upsell. He made himself readily available in the days between our test drive to when we closed the deal and picked up the car. He is an excellent example of how a salesman should act and I hope he’ll be around the next time I buy a car. More
