Hello, I had an excellent experience with leasing my second Volvo. Ms. Harley was not only enthusiastic, but also efficient and patient with my questions. My service advisor, Jose Espejo. He was the first person I was greeted by at the dealership as I brought in a 2020 Volvo XC40 for service. He invited me to speak with Noah Greaney, General Manager, about trading in my XC40. I was also introduced to Eddie Reyes, Sales Manager, and Wyman Chow, Finance Director. After my test drive with the 2022 XC60 with Iris Harley, Noah Greaney worked out the details of my ;ease exchange. Everything went smoothly. My expectations were exceeded with the new car and lease arrangements. By late afternoon I was driving away with my new car. I was very pleased with the experience of Iris Harley, Wyman Chow, Eddie Reyes, Noah Greaney and Jose Espejo. (This will be my seventh leased vehicle since 2003.) It was a great feeling to be appreciated and so well assisted. I highly recommend this dealership whether you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Kirk D. asked what I was looking for and took me outside to review all the features of the 2022 Volvo XC60 R-Design Recharge Extended Range since the Inscription Expression wasn’t in stock. He really went over everything and answered all of my questions before getting on the road for a drive. I opted not to drive since I already drove the Inscription Expression at another dealership. The only thing was to work on a deal, unfortunately, that’s not in his purview. I ended up at another dealership getting a better deal and the 19” not 20” rims that I was looking for. Honestly, if Silver Spring had the rim size, I would have gone back because the service at the new dealership was seriously lacking. Anyway, I had a great experience and do recommend Kirk. More

We bought a 2016 Rav4 Hybrid and got a very fair price in a tough market for buyers. The car is in excellent condition—the best of any used vehicle of this age that we looked at. Jebbie was upfront and direct about any defects the car did have, and never tried to upsell us or push us to purchase anything we didn't want. In the end, we drove away with a vehicle we were highly satisfied with and couldn't recommend Jebbie more highly if/when you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
