Appreciated the professionalism and courteous staff when making my appointment and when I took my car in for service. I was surprised to learn that my 2023 S60 needed tire rotation and wheel alignment wi making my appointment and when I took my car in for service. I was surprised to learn that my 2023 S60 needed tire rotation and wheel alignment with under 18,000 miles. And to learn that those services are not under warranty. In addition, the car was not cleaned and!or washed. But, I also really appreciated the loaner -10!! Thanks for the opportunity to comment. More

I had my routine maintenance done yesterday on my 2019 XC 90. I came and was helped immediately. I was out the door in my loaner car within 15 minutes. I received text messages about service. Jose is always professional and honest. I like that he is always available when I need to schedule a service appointment. I do wish that they had more loaner cars available for people who I like that he is always available when I need to schedule a service appointment. I do wish that they had more loaner cars available for people who can not wait in the service lobby but it was not necessary for me to have a loaner at this most recent appointment so I used the time to speak to sales regarding a new vehicle. EMERGENCY Visit . .... When in route from Albany, NY to Florida, I struck some debris on the highway and caused damage to my vehicle. Fortunately, I was able to drive .... When in route from Albany, NY to Florida, I struck some debris on the highway and caused damage to my vehicle. Fortunately, I was able to drive the vehicle to perhaps, the best VOLVO dealership I have encountered. I limped my 2019 Volvo S60 into the dealership and was met by Tanner Wrublik of the service department. After explaining my situation , Tanner ensured me he would get my vehicle in promptly (without an appointment) and hopefully facilitate quick repairs and get me on my way. The car went right into the shop and the damages were assessed. In no time at all, I was furnished with a video assessment/estimate of the damages. Unfortunately, my worst fears were imagined and my vehicle suffered catastrophic damages. Tanner continued to ensure me that he would assist me in anyway possible, seemed hopeful repairs could be made, and indicated he would do everything possible to work with the insurance company to get the vehicle fixed. Tanner facilitated a ride for me to a local car rental, I returned to transfer my luggage, etc. and was on my way to Florida in just an hour or two. Tanner was the ultimate professional, treated me like a life long customer, and it truly made a difficult situation palatable. Additionally, he indicated if my insurance company handled the situation quickly, it was likely my vehicle would be repaired by my return trip to NY. An insurance claim was submitted, an even though the dealership submitted a comprehensive video of the damages, the insurance claim required photographs of these damages. Consequently, I called the dealership to talk to Tanner about the same, was informed he was off that day, but was instructed to email Tanner and the service manager would be forwarded the email to address the issue. Service Manager Joe Devlin was a pleasure to deal with. Without hesitation, he promptly took a plethora of photographs of the damages, forwarded to my adjuster, and facilitated everything quickly and professionally even though such responsibilities clearly should not fall on the dealership. Mr. Devlin contacted me via directly and via email as well and ensured me if anything was needed they would work hard to make it happen. Again, I was treated as a lifelong customer not just a guy that walked into the dealership for the first time with a significant problem. Despite the excellent service I received from Tanner, Joe and everyone at Volvo of Silver Spring, my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Consequently, I knew I would have to return to the dealership on my way home to retrieve my license plates and some personal items for the vehicle. Tanner arranged with my insurance company to delay the towing of the vehicle for a couple of days, so I could stop at the dealership on my way home to get my belongings. Tanner arranged for my plates to be removed and place in the trunk of the car and made the vehicle accessible even though I would be arriving at the dealership after normal business hours. Tanner, Joe and everyone at Volvo of Silver Spring were professional, treated me as a valued customer, and should be considered, the model for VOLVO dealerships. I wish I lived closer, as I would definitely purchase and service my next vehicle from them. More
