Wow! What an experience. First of all, kudos to Jebbie Panacheril, who was very knowledgeable about EVs and helped guide me in my acquiring the sporty C4 What an experience. First of all, kudos to Jebbie Panacheril, who was very knowledgeable about EVs and helped guide me in my acquiring the sporty C40 Twin Recharge. He kept me updated at every stage of my vehicle's trek to his dealership, and he provided a wealth of information regarding home charging, EV rebates, and charging on the go. Jebbie was genuinely excited for me, which made me feel extremely reassured and supported. He also gave me all the info I could want on the Volvo Infotainment System, which made the eventual car set up and delivery go so smoothly. Secondly, the dealership itself is clean, organized, and welcoming. I was able to receive help from a number of sources if Jebbie was not available. I did not experience any unexpected "upcharging" and all sales details were transparent and consistent. I feel very comfortable with how they did and will handle my vehicle and all of my needs. Finally, the finance department was efficient and helpful. I had a very pressure free leasing experience, and felt very much "taken care of". I give this dealership my highest recommendation, and I am excitedly looking forward to future interactions, as I enjoy my first all electric vehicle!! More
