Recently, my husband and I had the most incredible experience at Volvo Cars Silver Springs. Something extraordinary happed that I have never experienced before when purchasing a vehicle. Our amazing salesperson, Mabel Matos greeted us for our test drive appointment and stayed with us throughout the process, never allowing me to feel uncomfortable or intimidated. She never pushed, she LISTENED. She did more than just inform, she SHARED That in itself, it truly exceptional and was a leading reason why we came home with a vehicle with a new vehicle. Mabel’s attention to detail, her consideration, her professionalism and her genuine authenticity made the hour and a half drive to the dealership worth every mile. If first impressions are lasting, Volvo Cars of Silver Springs will also remain a cherished experience for me because of Mabel! Others of the exception Silver Springs staff include Mr. Calvin Woody who showed great respect and deference to us when appraising my car for trade-in and took real time to get to know us as people, not just customers! (Tigger would be proud!!) And the man who put bow on the whole package, Mr. Damir Sabolcec. Many financial representatives are only about the sale, and I can absolutely respect that. But Damir is also about People, and THAT, I can respect more! Every single person that we encountered was warm, personable and professional (even Iris, the receptionist!). They saw us as people and allowed us to see the people in them. They listened. They heard. They shared. Everything they advertised is what they showed us. The staff at this dealership are supportive pillars – they have ALL been doing this a long time and I would happily drive another hour and a half for this experience again.
