Just had my Volvo XC90 serviced at Volvo Cars of Silver Spring. I can’t say enough about my service advisor Justin Menzies. He kept me in the loop every step of the way from when I called to schedule the a Spring. I can’t say enough about my service advisor Justin Menzies. He kept me in the loop every step of the way from when I called to schedule the appointment, all the way through the diagnostic and recommendations. We talked through the service, repairs, how long it would take and he made sure I had a space to work and was well taken care of while they completed the work. I didn’t meet the technicians, but they got me up and running and on my way with no issues. I’m very happy with the service and treatment I’ve received at Volvo Cars of Silver Spring. More

We flew in from out of state just to make a purchase here! Even as repeat Volvo owners, Peter was so thorough and knowledgeable and pointed out many things we weren’t aware of. Great place to buy a car. Going in I was expecting a typical car dealership with a click and bait ...make u wait and then when u r exhausted and vulnerable come up with some u Going in I was expecting a typical car dealership with a click and bait ...make u wait and then when u r exhausted and vulnerable come up with some upsell techniques. I guess with a brand like Volvo I don't need any cheap gimmics. To top it, eith V. Patel it felt like it was talking to a family member. No nonsense straight forward guy. Just today right in front of my own eyes while I waited for 2 hrs to finish up my paperwork Patel closed 3 cars other than mine ..I am not kidding!!! Everyone of us felt we were the MVP to him. I don't know how he does it. More
