I can't begin to explain how unhappy and disappointed I am that I bought a car here. After we wrote them the check all the friendly service stopped. We bought a EV and they said they wanted it washed fully am that I bought a car here. After we wrote them the check all the friendly service stopped. We bought a EV and they said they wanted it washed fully charged before we drove off. Over an 90 mins later it was washed but only at 70% and since we had been there for 4 hours we chose to just drive off. 20 miles later we get an alert that we need our cooling system serviced and find out that the dealership isn't processing our tags and didn't notify the DMV that since our car is electric we need a non-expiring vehicle inspection sticker. More

I contacted Jacob, as he had assisted me in the past, per my interest in a new vehicle, which is no longer available. He soon got back in touch with me about a used model to consider instead.
