Mike was helpful from the start in what was a spontaneous visit to the dealership because of wet seats. The diagnosis was initially grim: a new passenger seat cushion with sensors would cost $1,234 and parts visit to the dealership because of wet seats. He is superb. Beyond being extraordinarily well mannered and professional in these changing times he explains everything that has to do with the condition and maintenance of my last purchase of a darling little VW beetle - an incomparable little errand and fun car.
