McKenzie, I am sorry about your experience here at VW of downtown Chicago. I see that you came in for an oil change and an airfilter. I took it upon myself to cross check pricing and Orland doesnt even publish their pricing on their site like we do, so I am not sure what they quoted you but I am sure we can match.
