Mitch took the time to call me so I was aware of the special pricing available -- he was aware that my Jetta lease was to expire in March 2011. He advised there was a possbility Volkswagen would pay my special pricing available -- he was aware that my Jetta lease was to expire in March 2011. He advised there was a possbility Volkswagen would pay my last 3 payments as part of the new lease program. He made an appointment for me for the following afternoon and worked diligently with me to make the lease attractive -- it was a sign & drive program. He completed the paperwork quickly, made arrangements for my 2008 Jetta to be inspected, had the new Volkswagen CC cleaned, and I was on my way home within a few hours in my new vehicle. After working with Aaron over the years, he is the first person I call when we start looking. Even when we come in for our regular service intervals, we have always been treated with friendly faces and never walked away with any questions as to what was performed or what needed done. Even out and about doing everyday errands, we ran into the service manager Jeff Tolar at a local store, and he remembered our names and even the car we drove! Now that is personal service. I saw a used vehicle I had been looking for over the internet while vacationing in South Carolina Thanksgiving week. I e-mailed the dealership and told them I would be back in town the Monday after Tha internet while vacationing in South Carolina Thanksgiving week. I e-mailed the dealership and told them I would be back in town the Monday after Thanksgiving and could be called anytime after noon on Tuesday. At 12:30 p.m., Frank Waldo called me verifying the information and offer in my e-mail that I had sent the previous week. He was extremely accommodating, offered to bring the vehicle to me for inspection. He brought it two days later at my request, left it with me to test-drive, and took my trade back to the store for the managers' inspection. The deal was consumated the next day by phone and I picked up the car on Friday. At every turn, my wife and I were treated with complete respect and courtesy. Frank is extremely professional, extremely courteous, and very thorough - following through on every aspect of the transaction. He even retrieved the extra keys and boot from the previous owner on the trade and delivered them to my residence at my convenience. I had a wonderful experience at the Dave Walter dealership and I have been doing business with them for the past 3 or 4 years, even though I do not live in Ohio anymore. I was especially impressed with Mitch Ury as well. He was the one who originally called me and spoke to me about the special that I qualified for. If I did not get that call, I probably would not have even gone with VW for my next car. He surpassed my expectations and I was greatly impressed with how hard he worked to allow it all to work out.
