I was looking for a car for my parents and DaveWalterVW had exactly what we were looking for, a Mercury Mariner. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Malcolm Moore, he was very pleasant. The car that had exactly what we were looking for, a Mercury Mariner. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Malcolm Moore, he was very pleasant. The car that we were interested in was actually just sent to auction, I explained that if everything is as it is described and displayed online we would purchase it. Therefore Malcolm talked to his manager about bringing it back to the Dealership for us if they could, which of course they were able to. The next step for me was to have it inspected because we would be driving about 4.5 hours to pick it up. I just wanted to make sure I know that it was also mechanically sound. Malcolm was very willing to accommodate me by driving it it the Ford dealer for an inspection. Once everything checked out we made the road trip. Upon arrival Malcolm had the vehicle running and warmed up for us so we could test drive it. He went on the test drive with us to show us where to go since we were out of town. The vehicle was great, even better than the pictures. Once we returned, he promptly brought us to Bruce to complete the paperwork, which was a very smooth process. The next thing that was absolutely amazing is Malcolm took extra time to explain all of the features to my Mom, he even set up Bluetooth and had her testing it. This was definitely above and beyond in my mind, usually on a used car the salesperson tosses you the keys and hopes you don't have any issues. What outstanding customer service!!!! Once he finished he made sure we knew how to get to the rental car return location easily. The next day Malcolm reached out to make sure all went well with the trip and we made it home safely. Then a few days later my mom received a hand written thank you note from Malcolm as well. Wow what an outstanding experience!!! I would highly recommend buying a car from Malcolm. My only wish is that we were closer to send more customers his way. However that being said, I will be watching their website whenever I know someone is looking for their next vehicle. MIchelle was great. The only follow up I can give is two gentlemen getting my finance papers ready had some trouble as the finance mgr was off.
