Very slow service. Had a 9 am appointment and they told me 2 hours. I left at 12:34. Even when I went to pay he wasn’t at the window. When he got back to the room he Had a 9 am appointment and they told me 2 hours. I left at 12:34. Even when I went to pay he wasn’t at the window. When he got back to the room he had a box that he proceeded to open while I waited at the window. He unpacked advil and was complaining they sent the wrong one. I had to ask him to come and ring me out as I had a 1 pm appointment that I was almost late for and didn’t get lunch. Very frustrating. More

Waiting area for this dealership is unpleasant. The room is not clean or comfortable on any of the 3 visits I have had. I've been buying cars at Vision since 2005. I have always had good service, friendly staff. But since it has been bought out I find it has changed. I dislike the phone service. I had to play phone tag for days just to talk to someone and get an appointment. As being a person working with the public it is very important to the customer to know what is going on when there is a delay or problem when working on the customers car. More
