I just bought my first car from this dealership, a 2013 Honda Civic Coupe and not only do I love the car, but my dealer was so attentive and competent. He gave me a great price (better than the previous Ho Honda Civic Coupe and not only do I love the car, but my dealer was so attentive and competent. This is the second Honda my wife and I have purchased from Valley Honda in Monroeville. With our first one, the service was wonderful during the sale and after. Any questions or concerns we had were dealt with courteously and professionally. So when it came time to purchase a new car we did not even consider another dealership. This time the purchasing experience was even better, they treat you like an old friend rather than as a sale. Our salesman, Joe Carlino, took the time to explain all our options and made sure that we were completely happy and understood everything about our new car. Joe even took the time to make sure that my wife's phone was working with our new Pilot before we left. He also personally checked to make sure that the car was spotless before we took delivery on it. If you are looking for a new car and want to be treated exceptionally well you definitely need to go here and talk to Joe Carlino. More

Firstly, I got an actual quote on a price of my CRV (EX) by email (by Jason Flenniken); a price that told me they were ready to deal by selling a car Secondly, I got wonderful call from a service representative. She was so courteous that it made me want to visit the dealership on they day of the call. So, I did just that... clearing my schedule to do so. Thirdly, the "deal" process was no nonsense. The price we negotiated was more than fair. The car was affordable. It was apparent they wanted my business. Fourthly, Jason was an excellent and patient tutor when teaching me how to work my new car. More
I was in the market for a vehicle and wasn't sure if I wanted new or used. Bob did a great job giving me info on the Civic, used and new; its perks, features, availability, and prices. Awful customer service - I've been out of a car for more than a month because after my car (which has 97000 miles on it, I've owned it for 11 months and the timing belt jumped which means I have to get more than a month because after my car (which has 97000 miles on it, I've owned it for 11 months and the timing belt jumped which means I have to get a new engine for $4000) died I had it towed up there to get diagnosed and be fixed. They will not call me back, and I have had to go into their dealership 4 times now on my own to get any type of answers, and I still have no car!!! Never have I seen such poor customer service and willingness to help someone! I will never buy from them again or ever buy a Honda again! Beware! More

I was considering two other vehicles and had worked with their respective dealerships and salespersons. Although the vehicles were similar, the salespersons were not. Bob took time to carefully explain every feature of the car when I first sat in it, as I test drove it, and when I took delivery of my new vehicle. He has repeated several times to both my husband and me that "you have me for the life of the car"....and we believe him. The Accord is a great vehicle, and although I previously owned a Toyota Avalon, I do not feel underwhelmed. In this case, the attention that Bob paid to me as a potential buyer made Valley Honda a sale. More
The customer service level offered by Valley was high above what was offered at my local dealerships. The price was also great and I was not pressured in any way. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no attempts to bait and switch, no "funny business" like what I faced at my local dealerships. I drove from West Virginia to buy from Valley because of the difference in how I was treated by Valley. I was also impressed with the "across the board" niceness of the salespeople. There were proud returning customers in the sales office and, to me, that's always the surest sign of a good dealer--your repeat business. I will definitely trade at Valley when it comes time for my next Honda. Unfortunately for them, that may be several years because of Honda quality. More
