I have been buying cars at Valley Honda for the last six years, my experience everytime has been excellent. The dealership will not let you take a car off the lot unless it clean and safe. The service department is very helpful and always professional when you need you car worked on. My family has purchased four cars from Bob in the last five years, I would highly recommend my friends and family to look to Bob and Valley Honda when they are looking to buy a car. More

On the occasion we have had to use Valley Honda for service, we've been satisfied. I came to this dealership because of the salesperson. I bought a car from him in the past and I was very satisfied with his professionalism, honesty, and his willingness to help solve any problems. When considering a purchase, Mr. Gregory consistently answered my questions to my satisfaction, and was extremely helpful when I wanted to compare various Honda models. In addition to purchasing my last three vehicles at Valley Honda, I have always had them serviced at the dealership. Regarding this service, I cannot say enough about the positive experiences I have had. Scheduling a time for servicing my vehicle was never problematic. The service hours are extensive, and if a particular repair/service did not have to be done immediately, that was made clear. Any work that needed to be done was carefully and thoroughly explained, and nothing was ever done without my permission. Since I do not live to near the dealership, I always wait at Valley Honda while my car is serviced. The waiting areas are comfortable, and I have been able to complete work there, or sit and read. For those who prefer to watch television, that is available as well. More
I just picked up a beautiful CR-V last night and am very pleased with the car and the service I got. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and responsive. The salesman was great. I got a good interest rate and the "extras" (extended warranty, road hazard service, etc) were presented to me with no pressure to purchase - but my questions were answered. Overall it was a very good experience and I have already recommended the dealership and salesman to a co-worker in the market for a new car. More
We went in to see about purchasing a Honda Ridgeline. I have never purchased a Honda before, but always heard awesome things about them. Valley Honda did not dissappoint. I started my bad experience since I moved to the town close to this dealer and brought my civic for maintenance. The first one was related to oil leaks after oil change. The second one was related to close to this dealer and brought my civic for maintenance. The first one was related to oil leaks after oil change. The second one was related to over filling in oil change. The third one and last one was terrible. The service advisers and the managers were arrogant (except one gentleman) besides lack of basic knowledge about warranty but trying to ripping me off via attempting to charge on warranty repairs and double charge on state inspection, although the warranty repair was done there. Not to mention that they forgot putting back the catalytic converter cover after repair. More
