Jonathan M. completely changed that, I see now that there are dealers that care about how their customers perceive them and they won't try to hide facts or push them to purchase something they do not want. She didn't push any one warranty and she helped us pick the right one for us. Incredibly friendly and she made us feel secure in my car purchase. I came to this specific Honda because I know someone who purchased a car here years ago and they always talk about how easy and enjoyable it was.
