Tulsa Hyundai is really good at selling you a car but their follow-up on warranty requests or service items is atrocious. They act like they can’t be bothered and that you are wasting their time. It gets their follow-up on warranty requests or service items is atrocious. They act like they can’t be bothered and that you are wasting their time. It gets even worse when they try and upsell you and you politely decline. At that point you no longer matter to them. I’ve had my Palisade for about a year and I tried for months to get them to correct the half-xxx installed door guard film. I kept getting passed around and pushed back to my sales guy, who did nothing to correct the issue. Also, they offer engines for life, which sounds like a good thing, but they neglect to tell you that involves purchasing an oil change additive through them every time you get your oil changed. This forces you to take your car to them for oil changes, which are outrageously overpriced, just so you can make sure and pay even more for the additive so you can at least get the promised engines for life guarantee. As much as I love my car, I would never recommend anyone to go to Tulsa Hyundai unless they can somehow get their act together and stop treating customers like a random number. I would really like getting my requests fixed but at this point, I doubt it will ever happen. More

My car had issues that were just beyond the warranty mileage and because the service dept failed to fully diagnose the problem, I paid for one very costly repair that didn't fix the issue only to be told I had an even more costly repair to fully fix it, so I traded it instead of fixing it. Buy the extra warranty! Getting information and assistance after the sale has been consistently challenging which is very discouraging. More
