Robert Pedroza is a natural salesperson. I have never been treated so well by a car salesman in my life. Chris was super patient with my needs. He took the time to walk the lot with me and point out the plus and minuses of each model according to me specific needs. All the while he was very personable and informative, making sure all my questions were answered. And his choice of test drive roads was right on, a good mix of terrain. After I decided on the 2021 Forester Premium, going through all the paperwork and the Finance Department was actually a breeze. I love my new Subaru! CJ did a great job helping me purchase the car I had been leasing in a covid-safe way. Someone from the dealership picked it up at my house, the dealership inspected it, and then CJ drove it back to me with leasing in a covid-safe way.
