They even provide snacks and beverages during your business transactions. After my auto had a sudden total mechanical failure in 2/2022, I desperately searched the challenging Tucson auto market for a vehicle, for four months, via rental cars and Ubers. Finally, Kevin Gribble provided me a perfect auto solution to my agonizing situation. The vehicle he suggested met my physical needs, budget, and exceeded my expectations with the style, color and awesome features. I first connected with Kevin in 4/2022, via online searching and inquiries. My first impression was that he was a true career professional. He responded quickly with my interest in a couple vehicles. He communicated very well via text, email, sharing photos, prices, and general vehicle condition. At the time, I didn’t quite decide on the vehicle. However, in June I went online and inquired again about a vehicle at Tucson Subaru. Again, Kevin responded quickly to my interest and we scheduled an appointment. As I Ubered across town to the dealership 6/8/22, Kevin pulled the vehicle of my interest into the shade, turned on the AC, ready for me to test drive. Wow, he demonstrated amazing thoughtfulness on that hot 105 degree day! Very impressed! Unfortunately, the vehicle didn’t quite accommodate my physical needs. I shared with Kevin that I had been in a past auto accident and have neck and back pain from injuries. Kevin, again had a back up plan. He recommended a vehicle I had not considered. It turned out to be the perfect vehicle for me. Kevin, thank you again for going outside the box to meet my needs! I also want to recognize the Finance Manager, Curt McHenry for presenting all the financial information to me as painlessly as he could. Again, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. Thank you! In addition, after I drove my new vehicle home, I had an email waiting for me from JD Tramp, General Sales Manager, thanking me for my business and for choosing Tucson Subaru. Impressive! The day after my purchase, I contacted Kevin about a couple issues needing some attention. He scheduled me to meet Christian Badger, from their Service Department, who took care of my questions and concerns, timely with a very friendly and professional attitude. I took my car in for its first service four months late as I had broken my ankle in December 2021 and not able to drive as far as the dealership without experiencing a lot of swelling.
