Very knowledgeable about Subarus. Buying a car has changed SO much. There aren’t a zillion models on the lot so you can compare colors and options…. Lol. Chris helped us look at several used models as well as the new Outback we purchased to compare colors and option packages. Turned out they had ONE 2022 left to sell this year that wasn’t already pre-sold and it was pretty much exactly what we wanted. Also, Tucson Subaru is selling at MSRP with reasonable finance rates, unlike a lot of dealers who are totally taking advantage of the new car shortage. Louie, the finance guy, was great as well. Very good sense of humor and, again, very low pressure in trying to sell add-ons. Provided the selections and options and left it up to us. I’d go back if we ever need another Subaru or happily send my 83 year old mama to buy here. Can’t offer a higher recommendation than that. More
I had a great experience buying my first Subaru (and my first new car)! Even with the supply chain delays in getting my car, it was still as smooth of a process as it could have been. Mike Henry answered all of our questions on our first visit and went out of his way to give us a feel for what our new vehicle would be like although Mike Henry answered all of our questions on our first visit and went out of his way to give us a feel for what our new vehicle would be like although there were no Subaru Foresters on the lot. After ordering he kept us up to date with delivery ETAs through text messages and the car was ready for us to pick up one day before the ETA. Upon delivery Mike spent over an hour with us going over the features of our new car and answered all of our questions. Subaru handled the registration for us and overall it was a pleasant buying experience. More
