My salesman Joe Micoletti was most helpful during my purchase process! He kept me constantly aware of the car's status after my initial order and when I asked for pictures after the car's arrival he sen purchase process! He kept me constantly aware of the car's status after my initial order and when I asked for pictures after the car's arrival he sent me a video instead which was nicer than pictures. He insured we were aware of all aspects of the purchase procedure and helped us with selecting additional assessories during the purchase. And, Mr. Micoletti was very personable with us and explained everything on the car so we would know what was what after we took off from the dealership. He is a very nice person and a good representative for Tucson Subaru as well. He insured my first Subaru purchase was very pleasant and will not be my last one indeed! More
