Heather was extremely helpful, but not pushy. We came in because of the sale on new Prius’s, but she easily shifted to used options for us. She did this because we were talking about how we hated paying fo because of the sale on new Prius’s, but she easily shifted to used options for us. She did this because we were talking about how we hated paying for new car if we could get a 1 - 2 year old car of the same make. She did not get inpatient as we tested quite a number of different cars and was just very pleasant and easy going throughout the sale. I was impressed that she showed no sense of rush even though we took over two hours to finalize our decision. She also worked well with her manager and I did not feel we were part of a bait and switch scam (which I feel often happens as you get into the price point of the car). Joe her manager was also ver easy going and straight forward, it is never easy to know how honest a person is, but at least I felt he gave clear answers and did not seem to be hiding anything around the price of the car. We did not plan on buying a car that day, in fact had just started to look at options, but the ease and attention to our needs in the end made a big difference in our decision to close the deal that day. We saw the excellent prices listed for new cars in the Sunday paper, not for one or two, but dozens. Went down and test drove two different models, and Sayed helped us decide. Stayed with us through the whole process from start to finish ...less than two hours we were driving home in our new Corolla. Process was easy, no hidden prices, no hard upselling. Pleasant buying experience and we know we got a great deal. It was further to drive, but worth the effort. We'll even consider the extra drive for our service appointments too. I purchase new vehicles frequently, historically purchasing two to three every year over the course of the last decade. When I find a dealership or sales representative that I appreciate, I become purchasing two to three every year over the course of the last decade. When I find a dealership or sales representative that I appreciate, I become repeat business for that organization or individual. That was most definitely the case here. Erika earned my business in February 2010 by assisting me with a new truck purchase. Her friendliness, affability and non-threatening demeanor was only superseded by her product knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile for the consumer. In late October when I decided on purchasing another vehicle, I fondly remembered the buying experience associated with working with Erika and Broadway Toyota. While I live 50 plus miles to the south of Portland and could have taken my business to a number of other dealerships, I opted for making the drive and working again with Erika and Broadway. The second time was even better. Her knowledge base has increased exponentially while at the same time she still possesses the unique customer service qualities that attracted me initially. Both were competent, easy going, no pressure, informative, supportive and very much not the negative stereotype that car salesman have sometimes Joe. Mahdi Arabzadeh was trying so hard to sell me the new Highlander, he tried all tactics in the book. After he finally gave his personality changed 180 degrees. The price he gave me for my trade was $1,500 and then he jumped up to $3,500 but increasing the new car price by $2,000!!!!! This guy is a crook, and I tried to leave in a nice way be telling him I don't have enough money for his price, and his rude response is what I got. More
We had a great experience at this dealership. They were friendly, professional and helpful. They were good salespeople, but not too pushy. Tim even went out of his way to program our cell phones into the bluetooth handsfree device and gave us a full tank of gas, which I don't think is usually included when you buy used. More
