What Others Say

Bought a used Tacoma last week. Good vehicle, not the best deal. After all negotiations and payment they revealed there was only one smart key. No second key, no key code card, no key for the tailgate, glovebox or door. Dealership can make me a new key but said it would be $250 and just go see if someplace else will do it for less. None of this disclosed before purchase. Of course no post-purchase follow up. Pretty slimy used car sales tactics. Buyer beware!

Never in my 17 years of adult life have I been treated so WELL at a car dealership. They didn’t have the New RAV4 I wanted in their inventory. The GM called me personally to ensure he located one from another Toyota store and had it transferred same day. I worked with Leon Weingrad and Justin Snodgrass (finance) and they were quick, professional, had great product knowledge and were well prepared to get us in and out in record time. I recommend you do business here and ask for Leon when you do!

My wife and I are very happy with the customer service and care while buying a car. Huan and Phil answered all our questions, concerns, and greatly assisted us in choosing the right car. All the costs were clearly explained. Paper work process was quick and easy; I'm kicking myself for not remembering the name of who helped us sign all the paper work. After buying the car Huan and Phil walked us through the cars features before we took off. We really appreciate their patience while we took our time picking out the right car. Overall happy with the whole experience.

Avoid Broadway Toyota – Worst Car Buying Experience Ever If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Broadway Toyota was absolutely horrendous, thanks to Brennan, the so-called salesperson who clearly hates his job. He was quiet, standoffish, and outright rude, making the whole process uncomfortable. His demeanor screamed that he didn’t want to be there, and quite frankly, if that’s the case, he shouldn’t be in sales. To make matters worse, Brennan himself stood there glaring at us the entire time we were talking to his floor manager, turning his back like he had somewhere better to be. We initially agreed on $30,500 with GAP included, only for them to change the numbers when we came back 15 minutes later. When I questioned it, Brennan admitted he thought his manager had said something different. That’s when Trey—the second manager who came up after we returned—got involved and accused us of lying. Instead of taking responsibility, Trey claimed that the original manager who agreed to $30,500 “wasn’t actually a manager” and that the deal wasn’t valid. At this point, I explained that in the car business, a dealership needs to honor its employee’s word. Trey’s response? He stated, "I just don't care." Absolutely unreal. To make things worse, Trey got upset that I was involved and tried to cut me out of the conversation to sell directly to my brother—pure desperation. Meanwhile, Brennan just stood there, still glaring, after previously telling me he advised his manager not to do the price I asked for because, in his words, I was an "idiot." Management at this dealership is a joke. They have no clue how to run a business, and based on their miserable customer service, it's no surprise they've only sold 60 cars this month. We left and called Ron Tonkin Toyota on 122nd—Josh and Daniel not only honored a better deal ($200 cheaper) but had us in and out in 15 minutes. THAT’S how you do business. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Broadway Toyota. Save your time and go where they actually care about earning your business.

Just bought a new Rav 4 Hybrid at Toyota of Portland. Jonathan was terrific to work with. Go buy a car from him!

Ken Scott is excellent to work with! He helped me get a vehicle for a great price & his professionalism is exemplary. He’s kind, genuine & listened to my vehicle needs. I have recommended him many times over the years & will continue to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
