I purchased a new 2011 Camry LE from Broadway Toyota. The entire purchase experience was hassle free. So far my best experience while buying a new car. Heather was great to work with. I have bought three vehicles from Rod at Broadway Toyota, their Service Department has been great to work with and Rod goes out of his way to find me the car I am looking for. I price shopped for a new toyota locally, on the internet and called several other dealerships within the state. Our son, who is in the industry, was looking for a replacement Honda for us. However, they were more than we wanted to pay, so he tried Broadway Toyota. We were all amazed at the flat price he was quoted and purchased the car immediately. Heather Jensen was great--professional and friendly and efficient. Chris Hall talked with us and we were finally turned over to Dea for payment. My husband, who is a retired Mazda/Nissan dealer, says this is the best car he has ever driven--the Camry LE. He last drove a Honda (before that a Cadillac) and says the Honda cannot hold a candle to this car. We are very pleased. Love the dealership; however, it is difficult for my husband to walk and the trek back to the finance area was down steps and seemed very obscure and dark. We are sold on Toyota and I have referred my friend to you. More

We walked in with a newspaper ad asking to see some of the 41 Camry's advertised at $18,977.00. Bruce greeted us just outside the dealership and showed us the car we were wanting to purchase. We chose a the 41 Camry's advertised at $18,977.00. Bruce greeted us just outside the dealership and showed us the car we were wanting to purchase. We chose a color (magnetic gray) and took a test drive. Bruce went over all of features and after the test drive asked if we were interested in purchasing it. We said yes and that we were in a hurry because we had a lot errands to run that day. The paperwork was painless and we were in and out in 2 hours. Bruce was very personable and professional. My husband and I aren't known to be fans of the car buying experience. I've even investigated using a car broker to avoid the process, so I thought it was worth sharing that our experience at Broadway buying experience. I've even investigated using a car broker to avoid the process, so I thought it was worth sharing that our experience at Broadway Toyota changed all that for us. It was pleasant, simple and relatively fast. This is our first Toyota purchase. We had been looking at a variety of makes and models, so we didn't want through with our mind made up. We were initially greet by a nice, young guy named Zeph Mattey, who had a very direct, but calm style, which we liked. His full focus was on informing us about the Stanza and Highlander, the two models we came to see. And he knew his stuff. He needed to hand us over to Bruce Reed, who transitioned where Zeph left off. Given our work/family schedules, we needed to leave before making decisions or finalizing a purchase, but we felt comfortable working with Bruce, and our interest in buying a Toyota grew. He knew we were undecided about which make and model, but without pressure or wheeling and dealing, he let us make the decision. What's always felt like an unnecessarily long process with too many questions and negotiating and stess, was surprisingly very positive. I would definitely buy another car at this dealer. More
Ron the sales person was excellent! He was patient, answered all of our questions, acted quickly for us to take delivery of our new car and spent time showing us different features of the car. Pete was the manager and was extremely helpful and made our transactions very smooth. Dean was the credit manager and was also very pleasant, helpful and the transaction went very smoothly. The car is beautiful and we feel like we were treated with respect and everyone was very helpful. We also felt like we had a very good price for our new Camry. More
