Ron was great at working with my monthly budget, and the down payment. Most people are turned off by car salesman because they are pushy, but Ron was not. I saw the car on the website and saw the great deal that was going on. So I went to Broadway Toyota. There I met Dennis Cole. A good guy that helped me during the process of buying my new car. My new car was burglarized within 24 hours of purchase, and Rod was able and willing to provide assistance in recomm friendly and courteous service. My overall reaction to purchasing a new car at this location is that it was a very good experience. Having had not so positive experiences in the past with high pressure sales pitches, "sale car was j location is that it was a very good experience. Having had not so positive experiences in the past with high pressure sales pitches, "sale car was just sold", etc., both my husband and I were a little suspicious of what we'd encounter. Heather Jensen was so nice and helpful with no high pressure tactics...she knew her stuff and didn't push us. Chris Hall, her manager, was also very capable and personable. Even my husband, who is ALWAYS suspicious of car salesmen said it was a very positive experience. I love my new car and buying it didn't turn out to be stressful. I'd recommend Broadway Toyota and especially Heather and Chris to future buyers. More
