When I came to Broadway Toyota I was not looking to buy a car that day. But when my sales person Wade Norris came and assisted me with my purchase, he made me feel comfortable and not pressured into anythi car that day. But when my sales person Wade Norris came and assisted me with my purchase, he made me feel comfortable and not pressured into anything. He made sure that it was my decision and that the car was affordable for me. Everyone at Broadway was very helpful with my purchase they answered all my questions and were very informational. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I have told all my friends and family that they need to go see Wade Norris at Broadway Toyota for their next car purchase! More
I was very pleased overall with my purchasing experience at Toyota Broadway. I bought a new Tacoma and I felt the sale was low pressure with very little hassle of any kind. Heather was very nice and we f at Toyota Broadway. I bought a new Tacoma and I felt the sale was low pressure with very little hassle of any kind. Heather was very nice and we found what I needed/wanted almost immediately. This was my first new car I've bought and I wasn't sure what exactly the protocol was but it Heather made it all understandable. Dea Williams worked with me every step of the way as well with helping me finance it. Overall I would highly recommend the customer service at Toyota Broadway especially the two individuals I that helped me. More
* The first person I interacted with kept calling my by a different name, although I corrected him the first time. He didn't listen to me. * Then, I tried finding about cars over the internet and I felt different name, although I corrected him the first time. He didn't listen to me. * Then, I tried finding about cars over the internet and I felt as I was ignored. I asked questions that were not answered and received generic responses with no regard to my specific inquiries. * I went back to the dealership, in which I interacted with the man that continued to call me by a different name and pawned me off to a new employee who had never sold a car before (a nice guy, really...but green). He had a mentor who... * Informed me that the car I was interested had sold the day before, for 2,000 dollars more then the price listed on their website. Supposedly, this dealer never looks at the price or the website when he sells a car. (was he bragging that he sold the car for more money then his own dealership listed it for or maybe he was showing off his personal corruption...I personally don't know). He did insist though that the website was always wrong and never updated. * ...which was true, because the car that I was interested in buying was still on the website days later after it supposedly sold. Or maybe it's just there for bait. A great deal on a car that doesn't exist! Who knows? * When thinking about the final price offer, three men stood about ten feet away from me, waiting for my decision. No pressure, right? I told them I needed space to get them to move away. * Their deal was misleading. The way material was presented to me was rushed and their terms were never fully explained. * Driving home in my certified used car, I realized is was misaligned. I called, made an appointment to bring it in,but the service side of the dealership had no idea of this appointment. They were nice though and accommodated me. Granted. This was the first time I bought a car from a dealership, so I was green myself for the whole experience. I didn't know how to judge the service I experienced, but the more I think about it the more I am disappointed. I would not recommend buying from here. Just sayin' More
Broadway Toyoto made the trade in and purchase of a new Prius an easy 'no hassle' experience. They took as much time as I wanted but didn't waste my time. They did not pressure to buy 'extras'. A week before I bought my car, my partner leased a new Corolla from Jason. Jason made the whole experience so enjoyable that I decided to return to him for help in getting out of a vehicle with poor gas Corolla from Jason. Jason made the whole experience so enjoyable that I decided to return to him for help in getting out of a vehicle with poor gas mileage and into something that made more sense to drive. Jason was able to find just the right fit for me and work out a fair trade in too. At no time did I feel pressured into buying but instead felt the whole Broadway team was on my side and dedicated to making my time spent with them as pleasant as could be. More
Overall very pleased with all aspects of purchasing our "nearly-new" car--it was truely an entirely hassle-free experience. (Purchased was a fully Certified 2010 Toyota Camery.) Sales person Dennis C "nearly-new" car--it was truely an entirely hassle-free experience. (Purchased was a fully Certified 2010 Toyota Camery.) Sales person Dennis Cole truely lived up to his stated goal: "....my promise which was to deliver you with a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience." Which it was!! OUR OUTSTANDING SALES PERSON: DENNIS COLE We negotiated price a bit with the dealership (Broadway Toyota-Scion)--and I always felt throughout the entire process that Dennis was acting on our behalf to fullfill our car-buying needs. [We had made several previous trips to Portland during the previous couple of months (visiting several other Portland dealers).... and just never quite ended up "coming home with our new car" on those earlier car-buying trips. I'm a busy professional.... so spending a lot of extra time locating and purchasing "the right car" was not how I wanted to spend my afternoons.] OUR OVERALL BROADWAY TOYOTA-SCION EXPERIENCE All qestions were answered, we never felt any pressure whatsoever, and the entire process (including vehicle selection, test-drives, financing options, service options, closing paperwork (Dea was also great!!).....to finally driving home our "nearly-new" car after a couple of hours) was done in both a very professional and pleasantly friendly manner. [CarFacts, Kelly Blue Book, and our personal Credit Rating scores were fully disclosed. We purchased our 2010 Camery essentially as a "cash purchase"--but it was helpful to also have other payment options presented for our consideration (which included the option of 2.9% financing by Toyota).] Want to have a great car-buying experience?? Give "Broadway Toyota-Scion" a call (503-284-1105) and ASK for Dennis Cole. Expect to have a satisfying and enjoyable car-buying experience. We certainly did. Bottomline: Sales person Dennis Cole at Portland's "Broadway Toyota-Scion" has been the best car-buying experience of my entire life. --Thomas and Lisa (Salem, OR) More
We owned 2 BMW, X5 & X3 and an old MB. The warranty was expired. Due to the economic crisis and our disappointment with the service at BMW dealerships, we decided to look at Boadway Toyota Dealership. was expired. Due to the economic crisis and our disappointment with the service at BMW dealerships, we decided to look at Boadway Toyota Dealership. My husband bought a Prius. Needless to say, the reason was that we were very impressed with Jeff's attitude and manner. Then came Steve Sweeney and Tim. Later I met the team at the service desk, all at this dealership impressed us as easy going, good and trustworthy. It is unusual to find the whole team likable, we like them. I then decided to trade in my X3 for a 2011 Camry Hybrid. A Valentine present from my husband. It takes some getting use to, driving a smaller car but I feel it is worth my time and money, having a reputable car and future service of the car with decent people, the team at Broadway Toyota. We strongly recemmend anyone who wish to purchase a sensible car to come see Jeffery Fisher. Buying car is a stressful process, at least for us. We have to pay any way so why not work with easy going and decent people? Thank you, Jeff, Steve, and Tim, More
