It was a pleasant surprise to have a woman as my car salesperson. Women have a better sense of what another woman wants in a car. Heather allowed me to take my time, test drive any car I wanted, ask all salesperson. Women have a better sense of what another woman wants in a car. I initially started with Heather Jensen via the dealer website. Made a visit several days later and she showed me a vehicle similiar to what I was interested in. While I was there she introduced me to Ch website. Made a visit several days later and she showed me a vehicle similiar to what I was interested in. While I was there she introduced me to Chris, the dealer sales manager. She continued to stay in contact often enough but not too much. Answered any questions I had via e-mail exchanges. On Sunday I had decided to buy and I received an email from Chris since Heather was not scheduled to work. I responded to the email by traveling to Broadway Toyota and sending Chris an email response. I was put in contact with Rod Shogren when I arrived. Incidently he had already called my home trying to contact me not knowing I was out and about. We visited and Rod listened as I told him what I was interested in. He asked some clarifying questions along the way and 30 minutes later I agreed to buy my vehicle. Everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful. It was not a high pressure sales experience. It was a classic I was there to buy and not be sold. I have already recommended them to friends since my purchase 2 days ago. More

We were pleased and satisfied with our shopping and purchasing experience with Jeff, Sweeney and Tim from the Broadway sales team. We needed a car for our daughter and Jeff proved to be very helpful a purchasing experience with Jeff, Sweeney and Tim from the Broadway sales team. We needed a car for our daughter and Jeff proved to be very helpful and attentive to our needs for this purchase, we are are all happy with our decision, especially our daughter. Sweeney & Tim helped us finalize our decision on trade in and warranty service which left our daughter with a great product and piece of mind. we refuse to shop cars with sales teams that do not think win-win, and I can say that for us on this deal Jeff and the team came through for us. All that said, the ad agency for Broadway needs to stop referring to Mel Gibson as starring in 'The Gladiator' - Russell Crowe had that distinction. More

I am very impressed with my experience at Broadway. I bought a used vehicle from them on Saturday and it turned out to not be a good fit for me. I went back today and both Kenny,Sweeney and Dea did every bought a used vehicle from them on Saturday and it turned out to not be a good fit for me. I went back today and both Kenny,Sweeney and Dea did everything in their power to get me in a different vehicle. I purchased a new Land Cruiser from Broadway last month. I was actually surfing the web and "chatted" with the sales person (Rod), who said they had what I was looking for in stock. I replied that I'd be down within an hour and when I arrived the car was right out front awaiting my test drive. Rod was very helpful in explaining the features and showed me how to import my contacts from iPhone after I bought the car. They gladly stayed open late while my wife and I completed the paperwork.
