I am no expert when it comes to buying a new car…this was only the 2nd time in my life I have done it. Broadway Toyota is a great dealership and if looking for a Prius like I was, you will find the largest s only the 2nd time in my life I have done it. Broadway Toyota is a great dealership and if looking for a Prius like I was, you will find the largest selection here. My sales person was Rod and I recommend you ask for him…he will tell it like it is, no nonsense. Remember people, this is a business. Do your homework, know what you want, go to Edmonds.com and other sites to look into it more. You can even ask Rod to show you the Dealer Invoice, they give full disclosure of all information. After you met with Rod and do your test drive it is now time to meet with the financing person. Have your “no’s” ready! Only buy extended warranty’s, extended service plans, and other things they offer at this time if you have done your research and know you want it. The financing person’s job is to tell you about this stuff and it is his job to make you believe you need it…if you agree then buy it, but know this before you get into that room. Dealers have a bad reputation but again this is a business, and Broadway Toyota’s goal is to have you go home happy… but also they need to satisfy goals as well. I recommend going here to you and my friends. More

Ken was positive, energetic & friendly. He did not pressure me. Due to an excess of customers, the process took longer than it should have. At times Ken left to work with other customers. A couple of weeks ago I bought a new 2011 Toyota Prius III from Broadway Toyota-Scion. Nikki Larson was my direct sales representative. She was terrific in giving me all the time and information I required to make a positive decision to purchase the car that day. She even arranged to have her and her sales supervisor drive my new Prius and an extra car to follow me to my home in West Linn so I did not have to arrange for someone to help me pick up the new car myself. I was very impressed with this attention to customer service. So far so good. I love my new Prius and I highly recommend Broadway Toyota if you are in the market for a new or used car. I was very impressed with Max's professionalism. He also showed me that a car salesman doesn't always have to be a pushy jerk. His calm and assertive attitude made me come back after leaving the dealer the showed me that a car salesman doesn't always have to be a pushy jerk. Our salesman, Ken Scott, was the BEST! We came back to Broadway Toyota specifically to work with him again (this is our 2nd Toyota). He's friendly, down to Earth, honest and not pushy in the least.
