On May 20, I bought a 2011 Prius III from Broadway Toyota. The sales rep who helped me was Max Hanley. Max was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We also own a 2002 4Runner that we've had serviced at Broadway Toyota for several years and are very happy with the service dept as well. We had a great experience at the Broadway Toyota Scion dealership. We worked with Matthew, who was a newer employee, but was very honest and open with us about the dealership. This dealership is amazing, i was having a very bad experience with another dealership in the metro area and was searching for other options. Broadway Toyotas staff helped me get into the car i wanted for the price i wanted even dropped the price just under 1000$ to help me. When i was getting ready to be done with the other dealership they told me we had a contract that wouldnt allow me out, i then called toyota and told them about my situation. The staff were the most friendly I've actually delt with while looking at cars and took the time to help me go over every inch of the contract to find a way out. And when i did, i dropped off the other car and Broadway toyota picked me up over 30 miles away, and when i arrived they had my car ready and waiting with a full tank of gas in it. I really couldn't have had a better experience with this dealership. If your looking to buy used or new, trust me and the other reveiews and buy from them. More

I am one of those people who judges others on first impressions. The biggest fear I had was dealing with the quote "car salesman". Matthew in the best sence, was not a "salesman", but a people person, and thats what sold me. He spent the first day with me for hours, test driving, answering questions, checking my options for financing etc. I left that day feeling good about my options, having narrowed it down to two different vehicles. In the next week and a half Matthew continuely checked up on me. Either through e-mail, and text, even calling me on his day off too schedule our upcoming appointment. My second day visiting the car lot was a breeze. I was greeted with a hand shake, and immediately was taken by Matthew to test drive the last two vehicles. My girlfriend and I have 4 kids rangeing from 3 to 14. Matthew being a father himself understood the dynamics of safety, and his true understanding and knowledge on this issue is why I chose the vehicle I did. His friendliness is above any "car salesman" I have ever met, and his customer service was spot on with meeting my needs as well as my family's. Thanks again Ryan C'de Baca More

NEW CAR BUYING to me is worse than a root canal from my mother-in-law without pain killers. But time had come to replace our 18 year old Toyota pickup truck. We went on line and asked for quotes for a 2011 Tacoma Access Cab Automatic 4 Cyl. We had pre qualified with Toyota Financial Services. We received numerous quotes all nearly identical in price and interest rate. I arranged 5 visits to Portland/The Dalles area dealers. After arriving at 4 of the 5 the experience was nearly identical; All of them either raised the price, didn't have what we wanted and wanted to up sell, or up charged the interest. Additionally in our email and upon arriving I had explained that I wanted one best price offer and didn't work with "Closers". I only wanted to work with one "Salesperson who had authority make the offer to close the deal" I told them what I was willing to pay and all of them blew me off and tried to inflate, uverload and/or over sell. Frustrated I made a last gasp appointment with Nikki Larson at Broadway Toyota. Expecting her to repeat my other 4 experiences After meeting her I asked if she could complete any deal we struck; she assured me she could and would. I asked her if they had a 2011 Tacoma Access cab SR5 package in my color choice and at the emailed LOW price. She had offered the only lower than list plus bid. She immediately took me for a ride to a nearby lot and showed me my exact requested truck. ( it did have a few extras ). I verified the price and terms. We arranged for a test drive the next day with my wife. Nikki had had the truck brought to the main show room lot all ready to go. Running late for a Winterhawks game we asked if we could come again a 4th time to finish the deal. At all times Nikki was professional, kept to her word and worked with us to get the truck we wanted. She was the one woman band that I requested; she was an angel in a large field of devils at the other dealerships. Accurate, straight forward answers, no pushy high pressure sales, and our price came out lower than we had been told by her for a truck with a few desirable accessories! Nikki Larson made this buying experience a real pleasure. Do yourselves a favor; if you need a newer car don't waste your time or effort see NIKKI LARSON. PS. She also gave us a CD of her singing.... It's worth the trip to Broadway Toyota to meet her and get her CD. The Voice of an angel, easy on the eye, and played hockey as well. More

I had told her that we want a "no hard pressure" sales experience. She assured me that would be the case. The next day myself, my wife and daughter arrived at Broadway. We were met outside by a salesman and I told him we were looking for Amilie. He paged her and shortly thereafter Amilie arrived. She was a real person ! We were interested in a Corolla and knew exactly the car we wanted. She took us directly to a car we wanted and took it for a test drive. After wards we went inside for the transaction to occur and thought OK.....the "pressure is coming" going to come from somewhere.......it never did. The interest rate that Amilie told me the night before was dead on. She handled the transaction in a cool and professional way. We were blown away by how fast and professional our experience was. This was a great experience and I would recommend Broadway Toyota to anyone and most assuredly our salesperson Amilie ! Ian was wonderful. He was friendly and accessible and patient. I prefer sales that aren't hardcore, but instead are thoughtful and respectful, allowing me to understand the features of what I'm looking a patient. I prefer sales that aren't hardcore, but instead are thoughtful and respectful, allowing me to understand the features of what I'm looking at but truly allowing me to decide what's best for me without the big push for more bells and whistles or obviously trying to upsell me. I knew generally what I wanted, had done a lot of research on my own and wanted to look at a couple of things. He spent tons of time and answered a lot of questions, and then was patient as I worked out the financing -- something slightly weird, given that it was coming from an inheritance and wasn't wrapped up yet. But while I waited, Ian was able to also locate for me the Highlander I wanted, with the features I wanted, in the color I wanted. (So silly). But he was able to find the vehicle in Albany and get it traded so it was ready when I arrived, check in hand. He also -- because he's so good -- was in the middle of selling another car when I arrived for pickup, so he was dashing back and forth, trying to patiently give me a tour of features and then also help set up a time and availability so that I could get back to the dealership to go over some more complicated things like BlueTooth, etc. I haven't made it back yet -- mostly because of my own wacky schedule -- but I know that when things clear out I can always call Ian, and he'll be all too happy to help. I'd recommend Ian to others who want definite knowledge about the brand but don't want an overly slick or disingenuous salesperson. More
