If you know what you want come see these guys. I wanted a black toyota crewmax and in the northwest they are scarce. They told me they didn't have one and asked if I was interested in another color. I said no not interested. Thought that was the end of it. The next day Rod had gone out of his way and found exactly what I was looking for without me even asking him to do it. I had already Kelley Blue booked it and knew what I wanted to pay. I told them my budget and we worked a few numbers tried the different incentives and which way was the best for me. Normal stuff right, well we did this all over the phone and through emails and never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me since I am a first time buyer. The whole process was exciting and fun like it should be. I never felt like I was being forced. This process took maybe 15 minutes over the phone. They reserved the vehicle and brought it over to Broadway. I showed up by 5 and did all the paperwork and was driving home by 7, on probably one of the busier days at the dealership too. It was about as laid back as it gets. Bottom line is they got me my truck, got it down to the exact price that I wanted, a better APR rate than I expected, gave me a ton of one on one time, and were very kind to my girlfriend and I, and went beyond what their job description requires of them. I will give them all the business I can. More
I did not have a very pleasant experience with Broadway Toyota. I saw a car online and stopped by to take a look at it and was greeted by an older gentleman with an accent and a bad attitude. When I told him I just wanted to look today he became visibly angry and kept pressuring me to buy and eventually he just left me on the lot and went back to the corner where all the salesman were gathered. I visited this dealer about 5 month ago and dealt with 2 other salesman which were a lot nicer but I did not see them again and when asked was told they no longer work here. Why are the salesman all new every time I visit here? Reading other reviews it becomes obvious they are fake and witted by the employers. Stay away from these guys. More
My dad and I traveled to Broadway Toyota from Boise, Idaho after viewing a Tacoma that I was interested in purchasing on their web site. They are one of VERY FEW dealers that actually use photos of their own vehicles on their web site and I appreciated that compared to viewing a photo from Toyota's advertising. Their web site gave me all the information I needed to be able to make a logical choice about driving so far to see a truck. I was able to contact Heather prior to leaving to get more information and that also helped. Once making the trip to Portland Heather made sure and set plenty of time aside to be able to explain the truck to us as well as answer any questions we had. She was very flexible in her schedule since we had a 6.5 to 7 hour drive to get there. Everyone we delt with through this process was very kind and friendly and just a bit surprised that we had driven so far to see a truck. The hassle was taken completely out of this process and that will have me coming back to Boardway Toyota for future purchases. After purchasing my truck they made sure I had a full tank of gas as they were aware that I was driving right back to Boise. Heather contacted me soon after returning to Boise to make sure we had an enjoyable experience as well as making it home safe and that the truck performed well on the drive home. More

Very unprofessional conduct as I was arriving into the "lions den". It nearly made me want to turn around in the other direction and not attempt to purchase a vehicle. I explained my situation in detail letting them know what I wanted from them so that I could avoid wasting my time by filling out unnecessary paperwork. My information, however, did Not get heard and I had to sit through a long paperwork session while the salesman typed slowly with one finger only to Be told that I would need to put a ridiculous amount down on my vehicle. I was completely Low-balled on my trade-in because It had a "previous" accident (even though the vehicle was in pristine condition) and when I informed the financial officer, Jason, that I could not put that much down I was pretty much told "oh well then". They did not work with me, they did not listen to what I originally told them, they did not care about their customer. Not to mention the fact that every sales guy was standing in front of the building calling out cars as they drove by like they were pieces of meat. Very unprofessional, very intimidating upon entry and broadway Toyota will never have me as a customer nor anyone that I tell my story to. Vancouver Toyota, on the other hand, will have me for a customer for life. They helped. Broadway did Not. More

I was looking for a Scion XB at another dealership. Due to the limited availability, there was only one that met my color and transmission needs, and it was located almost 300 miles away. The dealership I was working with wanted to drive it the 300 miles or charge me $200 do have it trailered to their dealership. That's when I called Broadway Toyota and talked to Ian Cour. Ian went above and beyond in dealing with the the dealership that had posession of the XB I wanted. Ian had to get the first dealership I worked with to release their hold on the XB I wanted. This involved a lot of phone work. He then arranged for free (to me) transport to Broadway Scion and had it there the next day. He then arranged to have someone watch his kids so he could come in on his day off and complete the transaction personally. I'd like to say thanks to everyone at Broadway Scion who helped and especially to Ian. More
Every experience buying a car has been different. The last two have been great, especially our recent purchase of a 2011 Toyota Highlander.
