I am a new-car junkie and have had six since in this millenium. However, I always have purchased from a friend in the business who operates a small used-car operation but had connections at new-car stor millenium. This time, I dropped into Broadway Toyota just to look at cars and met Ian Cour, who took his time and showed me several cars even though I had no intention of buying from him. His approach and demeanor was so relaxing that after a while, I decided, what the heck, and bought a car from him. It was a an eye-opening experience as I had felt I would encounter a high-pressure atmosphere when I stopped just to look. Ian was the reason I bought, although I did get the car I had my eyes on from the start! More
The last car I bought was over 10 years ago at a different dealership, I was expecting some high-pressure sales on the car. I knew what I wanted but was still very nervous about trading my old Rav i different dealership, I was expecting some high-pressure sales on the car. Having used the Broadway Toyota Service department for over 15 years, I contacted Matt via the dealership internet to see if they had the specific Rav/4 Sport model that I wanted. He was very helpful and patient via email. On April 8th, Matt notified me that the car had arrived on the lot. On Saturday, I went down to test drive the vehicle, expecting the worst in terms of stress and pressure. When I arrived, Matt was busy with another customer, but put me in the capable hands of Nikki Larson. Nikki was great. We went on the test drive and did all the required paperwork. Dealing with Nikki was like dealing with a friend. She really took a personal interest in me and explained everything I needed to know about the car. The next day, I kept telling everytong that I could not believe it was this easy to buy a new car. My only complaint would be the long wait for the financing end of the deal. But, if everyone was as great as Nikki, I can believe they would be "backed up" in financing all those cars being sold by a great staff. The new RAV is great. I can't wait to take it for a road trip when the sun finally comes out. More
I emailed the dealership on a used car I saw online, Kenny returned my call and answered all my questions. The red tag price was good and we didn't have to haggle, he even filled the gas for me before I left. We did have one issue where the check engine light came on durng the drive home. The dealership was most helpful, repaired the problem at no charge and gave us a free loaner while we waited. Great experiance and I would recomend them for sure. More
Very happy with our sales experience with Ken Scott. He was very attentive, not too pushy, but willing to show us used and new cars. George, the sales manager, was also very accessible and genuinely happy to have us as customers. We have had several Toyotas before this and have had all our service done at Broadway Toyota. We are long standing customers and this sales experience was consistent with our overall great service here - thank you!! We will recommend Ken and Broadway Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Also, we want to say "thank you" to the Service Department (and Mark, specifically!) who has been so helpful this past year in servicing our old Sienna, and for always taking good care of us with both of our Toyotas. p.s. our 11-year-old son, Henry, was so excited to be able to participate in the purchase of our new vehicle -- even with the long wait for paperwork, etc. (nothing unusual). He said "This is Awesome!!" More

Wade never exhibited any anxiety in our inablility to make a decision. Always kept a smile on his face. Wade was a far different and far superior person to deal than any other sales person we had dealt with before. I believe his personality and skills would be of even greater value in a position with responsibility. More
Today my wife and I purchased a new Prius from Broadway Toyota. Two weeks prior we had stopped in to casually check out what models they had. When we approached the sales people milling about in the lot we were nervous as they looked like sharks that wanted to devour us in some kind of first time buyer feeding frenzy! Just as we were about to make a run for it our soon to be superhero salesman swooped in saved us from certain peril. Ken Scott to the rescue! I'm not sure if he was actually wearing a cape but we like to remember it that way. Ken then took us to check out a few used and new models. His relaxed demeaner put us at ease instantly. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our hybrid questions in a polite and friendly way even though we told him up front that we were not buying a car that day. Fast forward two weeks. The wife and I are on a mission. We are buying a Prius, today. We are going to find Ken. We drive by Broadway Toyota - slowly. We scan the lot for our man. We spot him! He his helping someone else. They are smiling and laughing, of course. Once Ken is done helping them we wave him down. We had been stealthy hiding out in our vehicle as not to draw any attention to ourselves. I think we may have actually scared him a little but he rebounded nicely and we were quickly on the road test driving what would eventually be the new Prius parked in our garage tonight as I write! In all seriousness. Thank you Broadway Toyota for hiring people like Ken. His customer service was excellent and our experience today was probably the easiest, no pressure purchase I have made. This is how customers want to be treated. More

That was a good suggestion! I went to another dealer the same day and got the same vehicle WITH full power package for the same price that Broadway wanted for bare bones. Broadway salesperson did not seem to care if I became a customer of theirs or not, and she was condescending, suggesting that I did not understand the concepts of margin and compared shopping for a Yaris to trying to get a better price at Nordstrom (??????) I will never go back to Broadway Toyota. More
