Disorganized, disrespectful of customer timr 11:10 appt, , 10 cars in line...made contact w/ a service person at 11:30—promised 90 min service (simple: oil, totes, lube etc). Uhh we’re running 11:10 appt, , 10 cars in line...made contact w/ a service person at 11:30—promised 90 min service (simple: oil, totes, lube etc). Uhh we’re running late I had an appt and they’re advertising just drop in (other Toyota and Subaru dealers seem to be able to handle this). Got my car back at 2:15. Complained via email to the “service mgr” sic named Scott Michael... not ONE response. I’m looking for alternative Toyota service...NO customer service here More

Breath of fresh air! I had an amazing team rally together who all worked hard to get me into my new 2019 RAV4! I came to the dealership looking to purchase a Certified Use I had an amazing team rally together who all worked hard to get me into my new 2019 RAV4! I came to the dealership looking to purchase a Certified Used and after some back and forth I was offered a deal on the new 2019 that I couldn't refuse. Jeff, Jeremy, and Joe were all knowledgeable, patient, relatable and so awesome. We wouldn't have gotten to that final offer if it wasn't for them being so helpful and willing to make something work. Daniel in finance made signing all of the paperwork a breeze, despite is being after 11pm by the time it was all said and done. I couldn't have asked for a better team and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. Huge shoutout to that team! We'll be back to talk about trading in my partners Prerunner within the next year. Something you’d expect from a high end dealer I just want to say that I’d been shopping and shopping around for a Corolla for quite some time. Originally I was going to get a 2019 model but couldn I just want to say that I’d been shopping and shopping around for a Corolla for quite some time. Originally I was going to get a 2019 model but couldn’t work about a deal with Royal Moore, who was the original dealership I went to. They made things so difficult and didn’t even honor the prices that were told to me on the phone. So I inquired through the Costco program and got a call from my salesperson Amy Wilkerson. She was so accommodating and understanding. She went out of her way to get me the exact color I wanted, and worked with me for well over a month before I came to my decision. Never did I feel pressured like you usually do when you go into a dealership. Because I work at Intel it was very hard to me to get back into the dealership so she drove my car all the way to Hillsboro and delivered it to me. I signed all the finance paperwork with her, and she showed me all the features right on the intel campus! I’ve never had an experience like that, and you’d expect that kind of service at Mercedes or some other high end dealer. Needless to say that Amy was the reason I received that treatment at Toyota of Portland. I will send everyone to them as long as Amy is there! The best experience ever! More
