I had a great experience at Toyota of New Bern recently. We arrived at the dealership and I was asked if I needed help very shortly after arriving. He was knowledgable about the Subaru brand and answered all of our questions. Doug and everyone we interacted with were very efficient and professional. I was directed to your dealership through the USAA car buying service as a perferred dealer. I tend to want to avoid dealerships due to the potential for high pressure tactics but at Toyota of New Bern the experience was not high pressured which I appreciated - thanks guys :-) Although I really had my eye on the "historic" silver Subaru (I found out later that my wife's brother in law went surfing with his neighbor in that very car) I think the 2013 Outback was a more worry-free choice for long trips. I went to the dealership with almost unattainable expectations. Paul worked very hard and diligently to get the deal done. He was energetic and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely request to do my business with him again in the future. Overall, the visit lasted just over an hour and I walked out with a new car. By far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. More

Two years ago I traded in my Avalon that I drove for 12 years and purchased a RAV4 from Toyota of New Bern. I was very pleased with the maintenance service and the atmosphere there of "Team Toyota".....so, when the tires gave out it was easy to return there to solve that problem....I had not intended to buy a whole new car but, they worked hard to make me an offer I couldn't refuse:-))......I am thrilled with my new purchase and look forward to visiting when it is time for regular maintenance.......EVERYONE there makes you feel welcome and like 'family'....GO TOYOTA RAV4 !!! Paul Stokes, the salesman, went the extra mile to make my trade-in a most pleasant experience. Up to the date of trading my 2012 Highlander, I had not considered replacing it. I saw the 125% trade in value online the morning that I was bringing my 2012 in for routine service. I spoke to Paul about it. Through his efforts the rest is history–I left with a 2013 Highlander. Long story short, I am 100% satisfied with the purchased of my 2013 Highlander! More
