MAKE LOTS OF BROKEN PROMISES I RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICAL MY SALEAMAN NAME WAS MICHEAL WEIDECKER HE WAS NICE UNTIL VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED I SIGN PAPER WORK ONE INTEREST RATE WAS I RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICAL MY SALEAMAN NAME WAS MICHEAL WEIDECKER HE WAS NICE UNTIL VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED I SIGN PAPER WORK ONE INTEREST RATE WAS CALLED BACK TWO DAYS LATER SAYING I NEEDED TO COME BACK AND Resign PAPER WORK WITH A HIGER INTEREST RATE OR I WOULD NEED TO BRING THE CAR BACK BEFORE THEY CLOSED AT 8 AFTER RECEIVING THE CALL I TRIED CALLING SALESMAN HE WAS ALWAYS BUSY N NEVER RETURNED MY CALL UNTIL POSTING A REVIEW .. BEFORE LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP SALESMAN MICHEAL WEIDECKER SAID THAT HE REALLY ENJOYED ME AND BC HE REALLY LIKED ME THAT HE WOULD SEND ME A 100$ GAS CARD WHICH I HAVENT YET RECIEVED A MONTH LATER I POSTED A REVIEW ONCE BEFORE AFTER POSTING HE CALLED AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS SORRY IT SLIPPED HIS MIND BUT HE HAD THE CARD IN FRONT OF HIM ON HIS DESK AND HE WOULD BE SENDING IT OFF BEFORE HE LEFT WORK THAT DAY IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 MORE WEEKS AND I HAVENT YET RECIEVED IT ... THEY WILL TELL U WHAT THEY WANT TO GET U TO PURCHASE THEN AFTER U WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REACH THEM AGAIN AND THEY WILL NO LONGER RETURN UR PHONE CALLS ..IF PROMISED ANYTHING PLEASE GET IT ON PAPER WORK More

Well worth it The New Bern Toyota was by far the best Toyota Dealership I have dealt with in 20 years. I currently reside in Jacksonville NC where car shopping beca The New Bern Toyota was by far the best Toyota Dealership I have dealt with in 20 years. I currently reside in Jacksonville NC where car shopping became a game of cat and mouse. You cannot pull into the dealership without being ambushed by sales trying to get you to talk numbers before even knowing what you are looking for in a car. My wife and I decided to take a drive to New Bern and what a great experience it was. We were able to walk around the lot without the stress of having a salesperson hover over us trying to get us inside to talk numbers. When the time came we entered the dealership and was met by Michael Moore. He took the time to find us the car we were looking for. I told him what I was able to pay and he very easily worked out a deal for us. It was such a easy process, there was no going back and forth playing the numbers game. I would highly recommend visiting Toyota of New Bern before checking anywhere else in the area. Ask for Michael Moore. More
