Honeymoon Continues - Loving the Service Department - Keith This is long past due … a BIG SHOUT OUT to the Service Department Hero ( Keith Gonsisko) and Heroine (Erin Mayo)!!!! This dynamic duo should be cast in a superhero movie - they do amazing feats every time I service my car. Dealer servicing and car repair is all about relationship and relationship building … cut to the chase … you have tried the rest … NOW GO TO THE BEST … Keith and Erin will know you and your car like a long lost relative. … They know the mechanics in the shop … they get your car serviced / repaired with no mumbo jumbo shop talk … the job is done right the first time … AND … stop shopping around … the PRICE WILL BE RIGHT !!. I had some work needed … driving my 2007 hybrid Camry … and (may God forgive me!) I shopped my old non-dealer greasy haired - oily fingernails mechanic to save a buck … (shhhh don't tell Keith and Erin). Guess what? HIS ESTIMATE WAS MORE THAN THE SERVICE AT TOYOTA OF MORRISTOWN … DO YOURSELF A FAVOR … SOONER THAN LATER … CALL KEITH OR ERIN AND GET YOUR CAR FIXED AND RUNNING GOOD … REAL GOOD !!! PS: No paid plug here … and LONG PAST DUE FOR ALL THE GREAT WORK THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME!!! N More

I have always trusted the service of my car to this dealership and have never had any issues. At nearly 150k miles, my V6 still runs like new. Just last weekend I brought my car in for a major service. I worked with Erin Mayo for the first time and will definitely request she be assigned to all my future services. Erin is super knowledgeable, kept me fully informed, answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner, and had just the sweetest disposition throughout the service process. Pleasant, honest, and fair customer service has devolved in the corporate world over the past decade with profits being the primary driver. I'm so glad to see that this dealership and especially Erin have not followed that general trend. They definitely place customer satisfaction above all - Erin's a gem! More
FRAUD AND CHEAT I am writing with regards to the 2014 Toyota Avalon Limited 4dr I purchased in New Jersey, USA on August 7, 2014. I took my car for service at Toyota I am writing with regards to the 2014 Toyota Avalon Limited 4dr I purchased in New Jersey, USA on August 7, 2014. I took my car for service at Toyota of Morristown service center for oil change and fix the blower motor due to some noise coming out from dash area. I left my car overnight on Jan 22, 2020 and picked it up next night on Jan 23, 2020. Upon checking the car I noticed that the driver side rear door has big scratches. At first I thought its just salt marks but when I tried to clean it I see that it was not just salt marks but actually there was a dent and it was all scratched up. Before taking the car out of the service department I spoke to the service advisor and he verified the dents and scratch marks on the car. Next day - Jan 24, 2020 - This morning I called the dealer and spoke to the Service manager about the issue. Tom (Service manager / director) was extremely rude to me and was not ready to listen to me. He just picked up the call and denied of what happened. He kept telling me that I am lieing and this was not done at his dealership. He insisted that this scratches and dent was from something else which I might have not noticed and now I am trying to accuse them. But the fact is that there was nothing on it when I left the car for service and there were scratches and dents when I was to pick up. So it is clear that they were done at his dealership by someone working for him. For me I take care of my car extremely well. And I am really upset with the way this is being handled. More
Most Horrible Service Department is at Toyota of Morristown This is one of the worst dealership I have even been or I have even seen. Most horrible customer service and more horrible work being done on your car This is one of the worst dealership I have even been or I have even seen. Most horrible customer service and more horrible work being done on your car. IF YOU WANT TO SCREW UP YOUR CAR BADLY PLEASE TAKE IT TO TOYOTA OF MORRISTOWN. I have a corolla, camry, Rav4 and Avalon. Everytime I go to Toyota of Morristown with an issue or a problem I have to leave my car for days only to know few days later that their technicians are not able to duplicate the issue and I get my car back without anything done. For Example: My garage door opener is not working. It doesn't open my garage door when I press the door opener button. there is no rocket science to this and I left my car multiple times and even took a video showing that when I press the garage door button it doesnt open the door or even the light on the garage door opener doesn't light up. Left my car multiple times but was always told that the door opener is working as per specifications. I took my car to Paul Miller Toyota and they just pressed it once and told right away that the door opener is faulty and needs to be repaired. This is just one example. I have many. Toyota of Morristown service manager tells me their technicians are extremely smart and certified. Haha - I do see that - their technician are so certified that they are NEVER ABLE TO DIAGNOSE OR DUPLICATE ANY ISSUE OR PROBLEM..... If you talk to the manager at the service department then he will ask you a question - IF YOU ARE SO DISSATISFIED WITH OUR DEALERSHIP THEN WHY DO YOU COME HERE? BOTTOM LINE - Take time and go to someone else. Dont waste your time and money at this dealership unless you dont care about your car and be like it just a car. For my its an expensive investment and I like to keep it in perfect condition. Noone tries to mess up with my car. More
Terrible experience after sale We bought a car from this dealership almost two months ago. The sales people were delightful to work with and we remain appreciative. Unfortunately al We bought a car from this dealership almost two months ago. The sales people were delightful to work with and we remain appreciative. Unfortunately almost two months later, we have not received the car registration. Our temporary registration expired about a month ago. The person who is in charge of this has kept us in the dark about where she is in getting the registration, rarely answers an inquiry (phone or email), and never returns a voice message. In the only case she contacted us directly (January 7th), she wrote "HELLO I NEED YOUR CT ADDRESS TO OVERNIGHT YOU SOME PAPERWORK." We gave her our address but have not received anything yet today. As we called back to double check, she would hide again. Today, almost two months after we drove the car away from the dealership, we have no idea where they are in processing the registration of the car, are hopeless, and exhausted. More
Not a good experience. They love to play the shady game. Tried speaking to Gm Kevin three times and all he did was pretend he was busy and play games. Can not trust them. Go somewhere else! Highly Recommend Dealership and Working w/ Steve Blumenfeld Honestly can't say enough good things about Toyota of Morristown or Steve Blumenfeld, the sales associate we worked with. We went into the dealership Honestly can't say enough good things about Toyota of Morristown or Steve Blumenfeld, the sales associate we worked with. We went into the dealership on a Saturday morning with the expectation that in the next month or so we would look at a SUV but were by no means in a rush to get one that day. We met Steve at his desk, chatted for a few minutes and he took us right out to what we wanted to test drive - no wait, no sales games, just really solid customer service. We spent about 30 minutes outside looking at the 2019 RAV4 and test driving it - came back in, sat down and talked numbers for about 10 minutes and then we left with Steve's card in hand. Again, no sales games, no pushing - just a really enjoyable customer experience with Steve who answered (or found the answer) to all our questions. We were so taken back by how laid back, easy, and enjoyable of a process it was (and how much we liked the RAV4) that we decided to go check out another dealership and see what they had to offer. To say the experience in Morristown vs the 2nd dealership was night and day difference is an understatement. We were met with a long wait, lies, and terrible sales tactics. We enjoyed the customer experience with Steve so much that we wanted to give him and Toyota of Morristown the business that they frankly downright earned. Later that afternoon we drove back to Morristown and bought the RAV4. What impressed me even more than how Steve and his colleagues were during the purchasing/ selling experience was how great Steve was with follow up and making sure we were all set post sale. I HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Morristown and particularly Steve Blumenfeld - going anywhere else is a waste of your time. More
Typical Car Dealer - you leave feeling dirty If you have ever seen the movie Used Cars with Kurt Russell - this place is pretty close. They are a typical car dealer with old school tactics - If you have ever seen the movie Used Cars with Kurt Russell - this place is pretty close. Avoid at all costs Avoid this dealer at all costs. I bought a used 2016 Tacoma from them which was certified and this all happened within the warranty period. The tru Avoid this dealer at all costs. I bought a used 2016 Tacoma from them which was certified and this all happened within the warranty period. The truck had an after market remote starter on it which caused the airbag sensor and a sensor to the air conditioner to malfunction. Had my local dealer repair it, but they said it will happen again because of the after market starter that was in there. Long story shorter, when I contacted Toyota of Morristown, they would not return my calls. Finally spoke to a manger who forced the service manager to return my call. They agreed that they would take out the remote start, but not put a new one in even though it was on the car when I bought it. Tried to explain this to the self proclaimed "boss of the whole store", but he could not understand the concept then when you certify something, you certify the whole truck. Needless to say I will file with the BBB and also file a small court claim against them. Look at the other reviews here and on other sites. I wish I would have before I went there!! More
