Had a bad experience from a sales associate at Toyota of Morristown. Len Pizza, or Lenny (as he likes to call himself) is the man you need to avoid at all costs. We will not be returning to Toyota, this Toyota or any other as a matter of fact. As I understand not everyone one has the same experience, I suggest you avoid Len pizza if you want higher chances of having a good experience. More
Last year I bought a certified pre-owned 2018 Sienna. Within a year I needed to replace the tires. They let me drive off the lot with faulty tires. Brought my Prius in this morning for factory recall and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Ricky Loaknauth and Braylin –Far Above and Beyond! In 2013, I took my 2003 Sequoia to Morristown Toyota for a recall for frame undercoating due to rust. The trailer hitch is now rusted. I called Toyo In 2013, I took my 2003 Sequoia to Morristown Toyota for a recall for frame undercoating due to rust. The trailer hitch is now rusted. I called Toyota and they said that the undercoating was a one-shot deal—no warranty. They referred me back to the dealership. Service manager Ricky Loaknauth called me, discussed the rust issue on Sequoia frames, and offered to me to bring the truck in so that they could inspect the frame free of charge. I took the truck in, they put it up on the lift. Not only was Braylin, the technician, thorough and knowledgeable, he brought me into the shop and showed me exactly the areas of concern on the frame and explained why. At no time did either Ricky or Bryalin try to sell me anything or pressure me to have any work done there. The experience was far better than I ever could have imagined! The rating system does not go high enough to rate that service that I received. Thank you Ricky. Thank you Braylin for the outstanding service! More
We had a deal to lease a RAV-4 and were working hard to meet the dealer’s payment requirements of a certified check while all banks are closed. Five calls over 4 days to the finance department with no callback. When we called our salesperson to help he hung up on us. And by the way, he ditched us to a younger associate during our appointment with him. The manager of the dealership was also like xxxx on a bull. No help. We went to East Coast Toyota & got the same car, same terms, only a personal check & we will have the car tomorrow morning. More
