They gave me a 9am appointment for service (oil change and tire rotation) so since it was an appointment, not a walk in l waited. 4 hours later, the car hasn't even gone in. This is the most crooked dealership that I've ever dealt with...the finance person I dealt with Paul Cabrera (if you are assigned to him -- just run away) first of all, he did not apply for the New College with...the finance person I dealt with Paul Cabrera (if you are assigned to him -- just run away) first of all, he did not apply for the New College Credit which I was eligible for and sent all required documentation several days before going in to pick up the vehicle -- then he tried to convince me that it wasn't a big deal because he "Got me a lower rate" -- well, the rate from Toyota Financial Services plus the 500.00 credit was a better deal than the rate he got me. When I pointed his out to him he basically pressured me into taking the loan because it would take him "Several hours" to process the Toyota credit and I simply did not have that kind of time. I purchased the Toyota care warranty which I specifically said I wanted to pay for out of pocket -- and I was charged the exact amount for the warranty on my credit card...the dealership has a policy that they charge no more than 3k on a credit card towards a down payment -- which I get. So when I was charged 4279.50 -- I assumed it was the 3k down payment and the 1279.50 for the Toyota care warranty. What this crook did, despite me explicitly telling him I did not want the warranty in the loan (because I figured I might cancel it and go with a different dealership when I got home) well, he increased the down payment (which is against their company policy) and then he rolled the vehicle service agreement into the loan. So now he is saying that I won't be refunded anything and it will go towards the loan -- which is not at all what I asked him to do. Here's the best part and why I would I highly recommed to avoid this dealership at all costs. I have reached out to no less than 3 managers -- left voicemails and included them on emails. I wanted them to know exactly what this employee did-- 3 weeks later I have yet to receive an email or a call from any manager or any one at the dealership -- I have called and emailed Ray he GM - Anthony - one of the sales managers...the truth is, once you buy a car from them they really don't care about you or the fact that they have a completely unethical individual working in their finance department -- they don't care enough to even call or email the customer back to learn what happened. That is the true hallmark of a completely dysfunctional organization. My hope in writing this review is to protect others from the unethical individuals working at Toyota of Morristown. This is specifically about the finance side of things and the management who clearly encourages this type of behavior. Would never buy a vehicle here again and will make sure to warn everyone I can to avoid these crooks as well. More

In this challenging time of car buying, I was worried I’d have to settle for a different color or different features but I was able to get the exact RAV4 I wanted. From the test drive to the demonstration of the features to the financing, everything was seamless. Highly recommend coming to this dealership and working with Alvin and Juan! More

I recently had a starter replaced in my truck. They quoted me a price of 2162.00. I disagreed with the price then it went to 1400. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE to buy or get your vehicle fixed. They will inflate the bill and then have issues with you when you question them about it. WORST DEALERSHIP & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! More
Toyota Morristown is the WORSE dealership we had to deal with from SALES to SERVICE. If I could give a negative star review I would. They really live up to the SNEAKY CAR SALESMAN reputation. Also their service on my brand new 2021 Sienna was not so great. I paid extra for exterior car wash and interior vacuum service and they returned it half clean on the inside. Driver and passenger seat areas were cleaned but everything in the backseat were left dirty and untouched. Obviously, their staff were too lazy and could not care less. Mind you, I bought a brand new 2021 Sienna. I'm not expecting exceptional 5 star treatment but at least a decent job. They were saying that due to covid-19, they do not clean the back seats. I think that's BS. You already entered the car and it wasn't mentioned that this was excluded when they offered the cleaning service. I think the covid-19 reason is BS since they already entered the same car anyway. If this was mentioned when they offered the cleaning service in the beginning, I wouldn't have paid for them to clean it. Obviously, down to the $20 cleaning service, they are still trying to be sneaky about it.. This dealership Sucks and I will never recommend anybody going there. Toyota Universe on RT 3 is much much better - they maybe busier but that's because they give better service. More
I tried many different Toyota Dealerships in NJ, and found this one to be the best. They treat you the way you want to be treated. My salesperson Bonnie Malcomson was great.
