After inquiring about what type of car I was interested in, Alvin directed me to Juan who was very friendly and knowledgeable. In this challenging time of car buying, I was worried I’d have to settle for a different color or different features but I was able to get the exact RAV4 I wanted. From the test drive to the demonstration of the features to the financing, everything was seamless. Highly recommend coming to this dealership and working with Alvin and Juan! More

I recently had a starter replaced in my truck. They quoted me a price of 2162.00. I disagreed with the price then it went to 1400. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE to buy or get your vehicle fixed. They will inflate the bill and then have issues with you when you question them about it. WORST DEALERSHIP & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! More
Toyota Morristown is the WORSE dealership we had to deal with from SALES to SERVICE. If I could give a negative star review I would. The salesperson who we worked with- Barbara was pleasant but the upper management who processed our sale was so deceiving with their promotions. They really live up to the SNEAKY CAR SALESMAN reputation. Also their service on my brand new 2021 Sienna was not so great. I paid extra for exterior car wash and interior vacuum service and they returned it half clean on the inside. Driver and passenger seat areas were cleaned but everything in the backseat were left dirty and untouched. Obviously, their staff were too lazy and could not care less. Mind you, I bought a brand new 2021 Sienna. I'm not expecting exceptional 5 star treatment but at least a decent job. They were saying that due to covid-19, they do not clean the back seats. I think that's BS. You already entered the car and it wasn't mentioned that this was excluded when they offered the cleaning service. I think the covid-19 reason is BS since they already entered the same car anyway. If this was mentioned when they offered the cleaning service in the beginning, I wouldn't have paid for them to clean it. Obviously, down to the $20 cleaning service, they are still trying to be sneaky about it.. This dealership Sucks and I will never recommend anybody going there. Toyota Universe on RT 3 is much much better - they maybe busier but that's because they give better service. More
I tried many different Toyota Dealerships in NJ, and found this one to be the best. They treat you the way you want to be treated. My salesperson Bonnie Malcomson was great. Service department staff is rude and obnoxious. Annoyed because I was only having an oil change. Tried to blame my 2 hour wait from my appointment time on COVID.
