Went to this dealer for a TPMS failure. They charged me $395.00 for the part. I decided to do a google SEARCH. A Toyota dealership quoted $129.95 for 4 of these sensors. I received an Email saying there was a special on windshield wipers. When i arrived and service individual approached I stated i was onlt there for the replacement he scoffed and proceeded to tell me windshield wipers. When i arrived and service individual approached I stated i was onlt there for the replacement he scoffed and proceeded to tell me I should go purchase the wipers at parts department and they would then replace them when they got around to it. I got my walker out of the back seat and was pointed to the parts department at the other end of the service bay while the servuce rep went back to standing behind his counter. This is not what i would. Consider customer service from a service department. This is the 3rd time I've received what i cansider less than stellar costemer service from this dealershio. I as bought my 2018 Toyota and am consider trading it in but I will reconsider using Morristown Toyota on my next purchase. More
