They behave as though they service the highest paid community. Replaced a water pump for $1,600. $400 parts list and three hours of labor later. Took my Prius in for third complimentary service. I am impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. I’ve been dealing with this dealership for many years and have been extremely satisfied. Everyone is very courteous and attentive, especially Alvin Delgado, Ray, and Liz Brauer. They are very knowledgeable and, most important, honest in their dealings. Referring to my recent visit for service on my Highlander, I was taken care of by Braylin Hernandez. He was extremely efficient and attended to everything having to do with servicing my car. He was very courteous and informative and went through every step with me. As usual Jared assured that all went smoothly with my service. I've had to have a lot of repairs on my 2015 RAV 4 that has almost 150,000 miles on it for obvious reasons this year and he has worked with service. Jared has always been professional, courteous and friendly. Having been a customer service manager in the healthcare field I am very aware of and appreciate customer service. Jared does an excellent job and frequently goes above and beyond to to assure I am informed and in agreement with plan of action and result. I've never had an issue with any service that's been performed by your team and highly recommend them. I also use your courtesy transport team every time. They have also have been professional and friendly. Twice when I unexpectedly needed to leave my car I was given a loaner. I hated this because it was an upgrade from my RAV 4 and I didn't want to return it and they told me I could not keep it in exchange for the RAV! Bummer. This is a wonderful service and did temporarily lessen the blow from the sticker price of the needed repairs. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my positive feedback. Debbie More
