I’ve been dealing with this dealership for many years and have been extremely satisfied. Everyone is very courteous and attentive, especially Alvin Delgado, Ray, and Liz Brauer. They care deeply about the customer and do everything in their power to make what could be a harrowing experience a pleasant one at the dealership. They are very knowledgeable and, most important, honest in their dealings. Referring to my recent visit for service on my Highlander, I was taken care of by Braylin Hernandez. He was extremely efficient and attended to everything having to do with servicing my car. He was very courteous and informative and went through every step with me. An extremely personable and knowledgeable young man who is definitely an asset to your organization! More
As usual Jared assured that all went smoothly with my service. I've had to have a lot of repairs on my 2015 RAV 4 that has almost 150,000 miles on it for obvious reasons this year and he has worked with service. Jared has always been professional, courteous and friendly. Having been a customer service manager in the healthcare field I am very aware of and appreciate customer service. Jared does an excellent job and frequently goes above and beyond to to assure I am informed and in agreement with plan of action and result. I've never had an issue with any service that's been performed by your team and highly recommend them. I also use your courtesy transport team every time. They have also have been professional and friendly. Twice when I unexpectedly needed to leave my car I was given a loaner. I hated this because it was an upgrade from my RAV 4 and I didn't want to return it and they told me I could not keep it in exchange for the RAV! Bummer. This is a wonderful service and did temporarily lessen the blow from the sticker price of the needed repairs. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my positive feedback. Debbie More

Our old sales guy no longer there after many years and who we followed from Warnock. Toyota’s HUGE loss! What good is service when sales people are terrible? More
First day i bought my new car has an issues to repair , noises and have to go back to adress this with them which is awful, terrible customer service, brand new car need repair , you cant get hold any bod noises and have to go back to adress this with them which is awful, terrible customer service, brand new car need repair , you cant get hold any boday to fix it. The service is very bad, they want me to pay for repair brand new car!!! 3 trip to fix my car. And never fix!!!! Now many issues with car , customer service is awful. Lastly i been told my remote start is incl in my contacts and the truth is not. More
