Went in for something minor. The next morning my hood would not open At ALL. Took it to nearby mechanic to find out why. Couldn't get it to open either. Went back to this dealers The next morning my hood would not open At ALL. Took it to nearby mechanic to find out why. Couldn't get it to open either. Went back to this dealership who had worked on the car the day before when the hood did open and they want me to pay $300 and change because some kind of way while it was in THEIR possession the hood latch suddenly RUSTED. It opened in a normal fashion when they looked under the hood the day before to give me an estimate as to what was wrong and needed repair which I paid them to do however when I received the car back from them the hood could no longer mysteriously open. Can't get any cooperation from this dealership at all. They advised that I do whatever it is that I need to do because its not their problem. They are trying to extort money from me to undo their faulty mistakes. Now I'm sure it was intentional on their behalf. THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED More
This dealership after service support is the worst. Picked up our new 2024 Venza Limited on a Thursday at 8:30 pm, yes in the evening. Venza was out-side in the dark when we picked it up. The next morning noticed a small ding below the rear license plate. E-mailed our sales person Josh, he never responded, then called him and left a message, never responded. Next called the service manager, she never responded. Finally after a week of waiting, called and left a voice message with Ray Maglione the sales manager, he never responded. We are talking maybe a $250 ding repair. This quality issue should have been caught when Toyota of Morristown performed the PDI which Toyota pays the dealership to do. This will be our 7 Toyota purchase, first from Toyota Of Morristown and the last. This dealership is the worst of the worst after they have your $$. STAY AWAY.... Terrible customer service... More

Sean was professional and very patient, taking time to be sure I understood all the bells and whistles and that I was happy with my purchase. He also promised me that I can contact him anytime when I have questions, which I have already done - and I received quick, easy to understand responses. Every time I entered the dealership, from the "just looking" phase to actually buying and then to finally picking up my plates and registration, I was greeted warmly and helped within minutes.
