TERRIBLE WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMERS, GM KEVIN GILBERTSON I recently traded my vehicle and purchased a 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser and the experience as bad as it can get. My sales person Debra Sansone was not p I recently traded my vehicle and purchased a 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser and the experience as bad as it can get. My sales person Debra Sansone was not professional at all. Every question I asked her, she did not have any answers. How do you sell a car without having any knowledge or info? When I concluded the trade, she would not even say hello or anything and walked right by giving me dirty looks. How do you treat a customer like that? Shortly after, I addressed this with the manager Eric and he wasn't any better. I finally escalated to the GM Kevin Gilbertson and he didn't appear to care either. This was the worst customer service dealership I have ever been too. The GM Kevin would not even return my calls. This is NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER THAT JUST PURCHASED A ALMOST $90K VEHICLE. Kevin the GM refused to return my call per the sales manager Eric. I would go somewhere else. TERRIBLE JOB TOYOTA OF MORRISTOWN!!! More

Horrible Customer Service I brought my 2016 4Runner here for a recalled airbag to be installed. when i made the appointment i explained to them that i would need a rental car I brought my 2016 4Runner here for a recalled airbag to be installed. when i made the appointment i explained to them that i would need a rental car while they had my vehicle. they agreed and said it was covered. i asked how many days it would take to do the recall and they said it would be done in one day. i explained that i leave morristown at 4pm to commute home and they said it would be no problem. when i dropped the vehicle off that morning (at 7:10am) I explained that the back seat would not lay down using the handle. i also explained that the tire air input nozzle was broken off. I got my rental car and went to work. i texted the number they gave me at 2pm and got no answer. i texted the number at 3pm and got no answer. i called service and asked for my service tech and was told he would call me back. at 3:40pm he called me to tell me that they just put the vehicle on the lift. i asked if it would be done by 4 and he said that the recall takes 3 hours and they just put it up on the lift. i explained that my day ended at 4pm and i had to leave. instead of just telling me that i could keep the rental car, i was threatened with having to pay for it all weekend. As if it was my problem that they waited 8 hours to start work on my vehicle. I explained that i gave them my vehicle at 7am and their answer was to tell me it would be done in 1 day.. Which would be at 630pm. i explained that this did not work for me at all. I explained that this was poor customer service. The service tech said he would call me back. i called back to speak with a manager. i never heard from a manager. i heard from the service tech who explained that i could keep the rental over the weekend. on monday i texted and asked when my vehicle would be done. they said by 4pm. Apparently they needed another entire day at the dealership. when i picked up the vehicle i was met with a $450 bill. I paid for a bumper to bumper warranty when i bought this vehicle. At a minimum, the fact that the seat was broken and would not lay down should have been covered. they did not cover any of it. they argued that it was all wear and tear. i paid and left. i have an email out to the service manager to call me. i am still yet to hear from them. i am also going to alert anyone and everyone out there of how this place does business. so i will be writing this review on every single website i can. What a complete disappointment. I have been bringing my vehicle here for 10 years. I will never come back and will never purchase from this place. More

Now I have to pay 1000 plus the 500 lease a month for this. Please Stay away. More
Made buying a new car a quick and easy process! I chose Toyota of Morristown first because it is close to me and secondly because I had heard great reviews. I was in need of a car quickly. My car was totaled at a local car wash and was pressed for time to get out of my rental. Steve Blumenfeld helped my find the perfect car, a 2016 Rav 4. He was patient, professional and did whatever he could on my schedule to get me in the car. We are going back to purchase another car and will only use Steve!!!! More

Oil Change that took 2hrs UNACCEPTABLE 8/16 had an apt at 330pm for a simple oil change. I was there for 2HOURS. I looked out window and saw my car outside, I walked over & asked the Associ 8/16 had an apt at 330pm for a simple oil change. I was there for 2HOURS. I looked out window and saw my car outside, I walked over & asked the Associate handling my vehicle and he stated oh yes it's done. I paid, he radio to bring car in & I'm waiting and he states it's not done yet, car wash was never done which was another 15min wait. Two hours to wait for an oil change in totally UNACCEPTABLE. I will not be returning & will find another place. More

Apparently an “all in” offer isn’t such a thing at Toyota of Morristown. Struck a deal with a sales person and then received a letter 5 days later from Toyota saying we owed more money. Sales person covered up her missteps, dealer manager never called my back after leaving 4 messages, and he handed it off to one of his sales folks to take the hard line. Sadly, this dealership has tarnished Toyota for me, my family and my friends forever. Goodbye Toyota. More

He was able to get the exterior and interior colors of my choice. The service department did a great job detailing my RAV 4. All I have to do is make an appointment with the service department to install crossbars. More
