Terrible Customer Service - make false promises These guys are absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL dealership ever. I cannot imagine WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE anywhere for any business much less a car d These guys are absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL dealership ever. I cannot imagine WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE anywhere for any business much less a car dealership, I won't even go into the actual negotiation of my lease which ended messy because after getting to a monthly payment we were comfortable with, at the very end when we were signing the papers with the finance manager/ANTHONY, they threw on a "restocking charge" that was never once mentioned before. That said, we ended on messy terms after aggressively questioning why this was never brought up until the very end. Let's get into the main point of my complaint. After agreeing to terms of the lease, we made it very clear to them that when the license plates come in (usually 2-3 weeks after you sign), they would need to send them to me in New Hampshire as I would be away for my graduate program and not be able to physically come in to pick them up before the temporary license plate expires (today October 9th) since I am over 5 hours away. After making this explicitly clear, they agreed saying "that's fine, we'll figure it out once the plates come in." Flash forward to 12 days ago when the plates come in. I directly tried to call my salesperson, MARLON, who does not call me back (called 5+ times, sent a few emails and left a few voicemails) I call Toyota Morristown to provide my mailing address in NH and they take my information and tell me "Don't worry we'll get these plates out to you. If there are any issues, we will give you a call." I wait a few days but the plates do not arrive and I do not get a call back. I call them back this past Monday, Oct 5th (3 days before the plates expire) and they say "Oh wow I see the plates right here, I am sincerely sorry. We'll get these out immediately - sorry for the inconvenience! If there are any issues we will give you a call." I call back the following day, Oct 6th (now 2 days left with the temporary plates before they expire) and this time they tell me MARLON is still unavailable so they fwd me to his manager ANTHONY. ANTHONY proceeds to tell me in the last 2 weeks, their entire dealerships policy has changed in that they only give out license plates to the lease signer when they physically come in to pick up the plates! I was fuming at this point - HOW am i supposed to come in today or tomorrow when it is 5hrs away and I have my business school classes to attend?! He states this is policy and nothing can be done. But how can you change the policy without communicating it to me when I have been talking to your dealership for 2 weeks trying to get my plates mailed to me as you previously AGREED you would do?! My belief is that because we ended the actual lease signing on a bad note, ANTHONY, MARLON and everyone else were being purposefully difficult. And then I tell them I can have my dad drive the 1.5hrs to come pick up the plates so that HE can mail them to me and they say NO, this is against policy too. In the last two weeks, I have called Marlon over 20 times, left him many voicemails and sent him 3 long emails explaining the URGENCY of this situation as I will be driving a car with expired plates and he has not ONCE responded to me. ANTHONY who said he would call me back last Wednesday before EOD with a resolution, never called back and then was Out of the office on Thursday. Complete BS - these guys are liars and cheats. Completely unethical in how they run their business. Long story short, I am now sitting here in NH with my car and expired temporary plates and am UNABLE to drive my car that I am making monthly payments to them for. These guys are the WORST! If this convinces even 1 person to go to any other Toyota dealership but Morristown, than I will consider myself successful. You will have a miserable experience with them - guaranteed. More

Easy least no nonsense lease I went here and picked up a 2015 Toyota RAV4 base model without any hassle at all. Very pleasantly surprised Called up the dealer and spoke with Juan. After a few back and forth with price we agreed upon the price. I was worried because most dealers agree to a price to get you down to the dealership and then it's a bait and switch or hidden charges. I must say when I got to the dealership that was not the case here. Everything was straightforward and honest we signed for the car and wanted to have a leather interior put in. Even the install and delivery after the fact was spot on and I was very happy!!! Would like to thank Alvin Delgado the manager because he followed up with me every step of the way. More
