The worst part of buying a car is having a never ending back and forth. Fortunately, Tony didn’t do that to me and overall made it a pleasant, seamless transaction. The employee, whose name I forgot, was very condescending and rude with many of his remarks. I don’t know at what point he mistook me for a moron, but working in a consumer-facing occupation, he lacked decency. Please do not take my comment about the finance guy as anything bad about the salesperson. Tony was actually pretty great. Give him a raise. More

Service is ok, they forgot to reset the service meter on my car the last 2 times we went AND didn't put a sticker for tracking our next service date. This location also isn't connected to the online managem my car the last 2 times we went AND didn't put a sticker for tracking our next service date. This location also isn't connected to the online management system for maintenance that Toyota offers so you can't schedule without calling in or going to their specific website (their website is terrible, it's booked wrong dates or service every time I've tried so we just call). The work done is fine, but there are other locations that are better, offer the app booking / management for maintenance and will clean your car after service. Overall fine if it's all you have but I'd recommend trying another Toyota service location if you can. More
