It was okay, I had to wait more than 3 hours as they had to do a brake system update for a recall. Then after a few days, I realized that the hatchback won't open automatically, then there is a plate above to do a brake system update for a recall. Fernando was not only nice and professional, but he was very informative and talked us through everything, and answered all of my silly little questions. He made sure to take his time to go through everyth very informative and talked us through everything, and answered all of my silly little questions. He made sure to take his time to go through everything about the car and set up all of the media and apps before we headed home. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience buying a car before and I definitely recommend him. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!
