(not true) so we took the car to Lancaster and nobody knew anything about Toneys promise regarding the repair, during a somewhat heated conversation at the reception desk the General Sales manager stepped in and did apologize for the mis understandings and promised to make things right, not only did he follow through on his word we got a set of floor mats for absolutely free. yes I would buy my next car from Lancaster Toyota, after all we all already bought 3 at this location but we will not deal with TONY More

I gave you one star because of the cashier when I went and picked up my car she was very adamant that my wife had to pick it up, but I brought it in this morning.
