I brought my 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE to diagnose a " Braking Power Low" indicator. Service department serviced my vehicle and told me the issue was resolved. Next morning indicator was ON again. I do not trust this dealership. My battery is under warranty and the first time I visited on a Friday they said the battery needed to be replaced and they would replace it Sunday wh My battery is under warranty and the first time I visited on a Friday they said the battery needed to be replaced and they would replace it Sunday when I came back to have it replaced they said the battery was just fine and it doesn't need to be replaced I asked for my AC to be checked and I asked for a quote on four new tires and a four-wheel alignment nothing was mentioned. I am definitely not treated this way at Charlie's in Augusta Maine. If this is the new normal for Toyota I'm buying Honda next and I'm ready to buy. But certainly not from Toyota Of Lancaster. The dealership even called me to see if I got the survey and I said yes I filled it out she said OK thanks and hung up. The first man I had Gregory, had me coming back and I was so grateful that I found a great dealership. Gregory was out on Sunday when I came back and I dealt with Max, he was condescending and he was rude and I would've driven an extra hour to another Toyota dealership to not be treated that way. And he was the one that said that my battery did not need to be replaced and that he doesn't make the decision of what gets replaced they're only a repair facility. And I pointed out that he had said that to me a minimum of four times. There are so many cars out there for sale in my Toyota has 250,000 miles on it I love it so much but I want to be treated better. And I feel lied to and misled More
