The service provided by Rodrigo was absolutely out of this world. He was attentive to all of our concerns and what we were looking for. The salesman told me the car had Bluetooth and remote start. The financial person told me the extended warranty covered bumper to bumper. I drove home... they gave me no paperwork. I came back a few days start. The financial person told me the extended warranty covered bumper to bumper. I drove home... they gave me no paperwork. I came back a few days later. Another person in finance took my driver's license and said shouldn't have let me take the car cause she didn't see I had insurance. I did and I paid cash for the car. And the alternator and battery went bad about a month later. They made me pay $300 for another battery. They had a difficult time getting a used alternator from the Dodge dealer so it took days to fix it. Never buy a Dodge from Toyota. Not happy. If I didn't didn't $3000 for the extended warranty I'd consider trading it in since I expect it to break down again. I don't feel like they really fixed the alternator issue. I also purchased an additional fob. Melissa in the service department was awesome in getting that done. More
