I brought my car here twice for the same issue. My front collision sensor was not working. The first time on October 11th they said that they did a diagnostic and found nothing. The second time on My front collision sensor was not working. The first time on October 11th they said that they did a diagnostic and found nothing. The second time on November 15th they did another diagnostic and then told me that yes my collision sensor needed to be replaced for $1,200 I said no thank you I'll live with it. The funny thing is that today is the 29th of November and it has been working ever since I left there on the 15th. I called them a couple of days later to complain about how they were willing to charge me 1,200 for something that probably just needed to be adjusted and the response was "we're sorry but it probably just fixed itself by getting checked out 👀" I said shouldn't you have checked that before trying to charge me that amount? That can be a months rent for some people. This is also not the first time I've had an issue with Toyota of Lancaster. I once took my wife's car for a break job and they sent her home without filling the break oil in her car. I was offered 15% off her next service as if that amount would have covered the amount of a car accident. If you can get your car serviced at another dealership do it. More
