After the engine was replaced about 10mts ago the bank 2 cat was toast from the oil consumption on the previous engine so I called Christa at Town East to schedule both cats to be replaced on a Tuesday and cat was toast from the oil consumption on the previous engine so I called Christa at Town East to schedule both cats to be replaced on a Tuesday and she got the parts ordered that day and they arrived on Thursday in time to drop truck at 8 am Friday morning grab a loaner and was ready for pick up at 4pm that day just in time to start the weekend. they also did the carbon clean out and oil change as well and the truck drives just as good as the first day I drove it off the lot and couldn’t be happier… if you ever have to replace a cat then spend the extra to make sure you do the clean out as well as she recommended it and she was no doubt right about that… I have never taken my truck anywhere else from day 1 and never will as the mechanics and staff there are friendly and definitely trustworthy which is important when it comes to your vehicle. As ALWAYS, thank you again for your commitment to customer satisfaction being the most important thing. More
