Henry's professional, kind, friendly and sincere attitude towards the customer (us) immediately put us at ease and allowed us to trust in him leading to our purchase of the vehicle with our best interest in mind. He was very meticulous with showing and explaining in simple terms, all of the intricate details and controls, to include the capabilities and limitations of the Kona, the financial transactions and registration processes which helped us understand and influence our decision to buy that very same day. He also took into consideration our financial limitations which also had a huge and positive impact on our decision to buy. After the purchase was made, he went out of his way to assist and guide us with our insurance company as we got the Kona added onto our policy. The Kona would replace our 2007 Elantra (purchased from the same dealership back in 2007) which is still running very well with an impressive 307,000+ miles on it (which made us decide on another Hyundai for it's replacement). My wife and I are recently fully retired and decided that a Hyundai (the Kona) will be our final vehicle (we trust that with proper care and maintenance, we can get the similar dependable performance).
